Review 1：Had a hire car and although there is a closed parking area, you don't get a pass to use it, you have to wait for the front desk to noitice you're waiting to get in.

Review 4：The location in the center of the old city was ideal for visits of Rijeka and the surroundings (good public transports). The small sauna in the hotel was very relaxing - especially after a cool winter day. And the breakfast buffet was delicious with a large choice of food.

Review 5：Not a don't like, more a plea for tea/coffee making facilities in the room, and a buffet available for the evening meal.

Review 14：The hotel outside is very updated and appealing, the lobby is very "grand". Our room was very outdated and had a strange odour, not awful just not fresh. Also, the hairdryer was very outdated.

Review 20：It is annoying that every time they ask room number in the breakfast. Such stupid way on how to control if person doesn’t eat more than once. In the room I couldn’t find number of the reception in the visible place and the worst thing, there is no iron provided so I have to pay for ironing my stuff. No good for any type of travel. Ironing ladies don’t speak any English so what’s the point the are asking me something I can’t understand.

Review 24：They seemed very short of staff at times; when we checked in there were 3 people behind the desk but only one person when we checked our and we had to wait half an hour to pay.

Review 25：The hotel is right in the centre of town, near all the sights and the shopping centre. We arrived in good time and there was plenty of parking next to the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable.

Review 26：The standard rooms are pretty small and the hotel needs some renovation. But still the best hotel in the city center of Rijeka! Breakfast should be open till 11 also on weekdays and not only on the weekend.

Review 29：Stayed for one night - loved the room, the service was wonderful, and the breakfast was plentiful. Very close to the bus station which was great as we had to get the shuttle to the airport early in the morning. A good place to relax before a flight.

Review 30：The AC does not get cold enough, I even chose to sleep on the cot instead of the bed so I could get the AC to blow on me... even with just a top sheet, I actually sweat a little bit most evenings... The beds are not comfortable at all, way too hard in my opinion and makes a restful nights sleep very hard, especially when you travel and are +9 hours ahead of your normal time zone...

Review 36：My wife and I stayed here on 7th June while visiting Rijeka. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the central station and close to the town centre and the port area which is only five minutes walk away. We had a comfortable room and as we couldn’t see any local restaurants open on a Sunday night we ordered dinner from room service – the food and service were both excellent.

Review 39：The room is a bit outdated, wall paper was coming off in many places, paint was peeling in the bathroom. AC kept the room somewhat cool when trying to sleep under a sheet at night (have to have bathroom door closed or it will not be cool enough). The bath tub is too high and when taking a shower water goes all over the floor, so you must be careful when getting out as you have a great chance to slip. Although the floor drain works well, why even have a glass door when water simply runs right underneath and all over the floor.

Review 45：Excellent Hotel just a few steps from the city centre and main shopping area. Also within walking distance of the main Bus and Railway stations so very convenient. My room was comfortable and clean, and despite the extremely cold temperatures outside at the time (around -15C), I was not cold within my room. Wifi was fast and very reliable. Breakfast was good, and all staff efficient, and friendly. I stayed here during New Year celebrations in the city, but my room at the back of the Hotel was quiet and my sleep was not disturbed.

Review 46：Things are just a bit dated. The gym equipment could use an upgrade. My room smelled like someone had smoked in it before.

Review 47：The hotel is very centrally located in the heart of town right off the main pedestrian walk way. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free parking available onsite. They noticed and replaced a bed that was broken in my room that I was not using with out me asking.

Review 48：the hotel was DIRTY. Dust was everywhere, on the bed, on the desk. Carpets on the floors everywhere and they had lots of stains. Taking a shower was like taking a bath, because the water didn´t flow down well. I reported it to the staff on the first day of stay but nothing was done. Central location was fine, but the hotel gets noise from the street. Either you sleep with the window closed (there is air conditioning) or you don´t sleep at all. This hotel is not worth the money paid.

Review 50：The rooms were excellent, the staff at reception helpful, the waiting staff good, the cleaning staff kept the rooms in good condition, the choice at breakfast was particularly good. The Wellness Centre was nice place to relax and try out some of the treatments.The location is central and within easy reach of the ferry terminal, the bus terminal, the railway station and of good local shops and eating places. Also good for exploring Rijeka and its environs and making walking excursions into the hills nearby.

Review 57：Our room was fantastic! It was large, with a separate sitting area and a balcony. The balcony had a stunning view of the city and the sea. The hotel is right in the centre of the city, and within a few minutes walk of the coach station.
