Each stand-alone bungalow in Sandy Beach Bungalows has a private terrace with garden views. Fitted with wooden interiors, rooms are either fan-cooled or air-conditioned. The private bathrooms are semi open and equipped with a shower.

Review 1：no toiletries provided, and the beach is not good for swimming (corals, not sand, and the tide is too far out most of the day.) But just walk to the better swimming beaches in south of island. Breakfast a bit small. But overall it was fine, they are small negatives.

Review 20：Great service. Pak Iful provided excellent service throughout our stay and was always accessible. He organized all our transport, snorkelling and even brought our left behind luggage to Lombok! The food was good, especially compared to some nearby restaurants.

Review 30：personal is very lazy, waiting for breakfast for half an hour, sometimes personal "clean" the room, sometimes not. but every second day fresh towels. other guests in this hotel mentioned that their bungalows weren't clean when at their arrival (waste of other people were still in the bungalow). sitting the whole afternoon in the nice beach-corners, but no one of the 8 guys would ask you if you'd like something to drink. snorkeling was only until lunch possible, as after than the tide is going out (Ebbe setzt ein). overall too expensive!
Review 31：hotel is located near the TOP spot to snorkel and see some turtles! everyday you have the chance to choose a breakfast (one plate) of a wide selection (different variations of pancakes, toasts, omelets). in the bungalows you feel like a little bit home, air con worked well, bed was clean, we had a mosquito net and we saw some turtles!

Review 50：Great location at the beach. Beautiful bungalows with good airco and an outdoor bathroom which is so nice. The manager (hosni) is very kind and helpful. (For our way back he might have made offers for over 5 options and still gave us no pressure at all that we should book it with him, but we did.) The pool is lovely (only a few hotels on Gili have one!) Great pancakes or eggs for breakfast and the restaurant also has other great meals.
Review 51：Having spent 4 days staying at Sandy Beach and exploring the island, we will be staying here again. It is away from the main crowds. It still only a short walk. The beach may not be the best to laze on, but this is the best place to snorkel from. Even lucky enough to swim with a turtle. The staff are friendly and always on hand, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool is great. Overall very relaxing.

Review 61：We had an invasion of cockroaches in our bathroom and left after one night. There are a lot of them and they were huge! so there was no way we were staying there any longer. For somewhere that was charging nearly 3 times as much as a lot of other bungalows on the island this was unacceptable. The staff were completely indifferent. I have a feeling it wasn't the first time this had happened! The bungalows obviously are not cleaned properly or this would not be the case...

We enjoyed the half-open bathrooms and showering in the open air. Their restaurant serves a wide range of food and it is not expensive and the view of the sea is just marvelous!

Review 68：Whilst the location maybe quite far fr the central restaurants on the strip, we found the beach in front of Harmony Spa really nice and that was only a 5 min walk fr Sandy bungalows. The accommodation cld do with some racks to hang our clothes and a safe to keep valuables but otherwise it met our needs. The crepe breakfast was delicious and so was the banana milkshake. Most of all, Hosni and his staff certainly went all out to please us and make our stay memorable. Very courteous and helpful. Please don't place too much importance on previous adverse reviews. Well done team and will definitely stay here again
