Review 1：We have been doing annual ski vacations in Italy the last 12 years and highly appreciate the friendly attitude and the good food. In this hotel we did not really experienced either. Even though breakfast and the dinner veggie buffee was good, the warm dishes ranged between ok to bad. We ended up going out for dinner 2 of our 6 nights. Looking at the old Reviews, I question if this hotel changed management over the last year as we saw Little of the friendly atmosphere described by some of the other Reviews. Would rather described the owners as grumpy.

Review 2：Nicely set up, traditional small Italian hotel! We had a nice 4-bed-room for 2 people which was a good size for a ski vacation. . Nice SPA with saunas and pool. Convenient ski-room. Appreciate the Spa was included in the price! The Rumanian lady who served in the restaurant and SPA was nice:-)

Review 12：We felt like in the family. Good location, excellent food, great service where nothing was impossible. Good wellness fascility. Room size (larger) was perfect. Col Rodela cabin in walking distance from the hotel (walking there was typically quicker than by skibus which has a stop directly in front of the hotel). 100m to the supermarket and Campitello center.

Review 15：We have spent a week in March at Hotel Alaska during our skiing vacation. The hotel definitely met our expectations, and actually exceeded them with regards to food (best tiramisu ever! :) and welness facilities, that is much bigger than seems from the homepage - and always kept in perfect condition. We loved the hotel was full of Italians (and no any organized groups) as it only added to the atmosphere. The personel was always extremely friendly and added to this relaxing, family like athosphere. We will for sure come back if going to Dolomiti again.

Review 16：Had a corner room with a bit of draft which we felt a few evenings when the temp hit -20c.

Review 17：Just stayed at the Hotel Alaska for a week after booking the last rooms as they were available with short notice! Great choice, must say that the place is family friendly, offers great service, facilities are good and clean! They do make an effort to provide good service! Will be coming back. And the skiing was great despite long cues in the early morning to get up in the terrain.
