Review 1：For the money paid for the hotel, the services where very poor! Sheets and towels were not changed daily. More specific, a day that a towel accidentaly fell on the floor, the staff just placed it back on the hook). Stayed there for 5 days and the floor was moped twice and sheets and towels where changed once! Bathroom is very old and a bit rusty.

Review 8：We enjoyed our stay at the Astron Hotel very much. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the surroundings are really lovely. The staff were also very friendly and pleasant. We will definitely recommend the Astron to our friends and hope to return.
Review 9：It is a lovely hotel located in a quiet part of Karpathos City (Pigadia). Away from the crowds but still in walking distance from the city center. There are multiple tavernas and mini markets close by too. Very nice, clean rooms. Each with balcony or terrace, surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants. The hotel has a nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, umbrellas and trees providing some desirable shade. Extremely nice and friendly staff made us feel like home and fall in love with Greece again :) The closest beach is approx. 300-400 meters away but there are so many other lovely beaches around that renting a car is definitely vital to enjoy everything that the island can offer. Astron Hotel is an excellent choice for people who want to rest and enjoy their vacation. We will definitely come back as well as recommend it to our friends! BIG THANK YOU and see you again :)

Review 22：We stayed 3 nights in August 2013 and loved it. We stoped at Karpathoson our way from Rhodos to Crete. We are a family of 4 - two childeren 7and 10. We booked the hotel through booking.com and booked a double roomwith one extra bed and were upgraded to a bigger room for three people.The room was nice and overlooking the pool. Easy access to the pool wasnice. You had to pay extra for the children when you book the room onlyfor 2 people. We had to pay 8 euros per child extra. You also have topay the a/c extra - 6 euros per day. It was almost always blowing inKarpathos so we almost did not need it but it was still good to have.Our room included breakfast and it was a simple breakfast but good. Thebreakfast had cheese, two kinds of ham and eggs. One day it wasomelettes and one day fried eggs. Juice was not fresh but two kinds andsome sweets etc.This hotel has no stars? but it was really nice. The pool was nice and deep and the children could dive in and have fun. The staff was really nice. We lost our suitcase on the boat coming to Karpathos and they made calls to the other harbour on the island to make sure we got it back and we did! The hotel is out of Pigadia and it takes about 20 min to walk there but it is ok. I am lazy but the walk was not hard to do. You can also take the taxi from town.. about 5 euros. When we took the taxi from the hotel in the morning to catch the boat to Crete the hotel booked it for us and the taxidriver ( not nice at all) charged us 10 euros. The beach is down the street - about 10 min walk and it is a nice beach with clear water. I really liked the hotel and Karpathos!
Review 23：This lovley, authentic hotel is a real oasis in Karpathos. It was even better than what we expected. It is llocated in a very calm sarounding, not far from the city center, shopping and dinning facilities can be found even closer all the way to the city center. Studios (which we booked) have charming terrass covered with flowers which makes you want the spent all time outside. The whole hotel area is full of flowers, plants and olive trees that the owners are taking care of with love. The clientele is very mixed, from various countries, young couples and families. We had a wonderful stay at Astron hotel and can only recomend it! The staff is exceptionaly friendly and helpful, they make you feel like you are at home. Should we ever come back to Karpathos this would be the only place for us to stay.

Review 25：The design and furnishing of the hotel and bungalows and the layout in grounds is very tasteful. The location in a country road with excellent mountain views make for a very peaceful and relaxing setting. The location provides for far more ground space than you would get in town, but the distance to town is not an issue. The standard of cleaning both rooms and poolside was exceptional. Bar service for both food and drink was very efficient and friendly.
