Review 1：The wi-fi didn't work in the room and the bed was too hard for my taste.

Review 2：The most amazing thing about this hotel is actucally Toula, the receptionist. we came to Karpathos at the last minute so we didn't really plan anything and didn't know what to expect. When we arrived to the hotel, Toula was there to greet us in the best way possible - with a lovely smile and service. she helped us to plan out trip with attention to details and to our specific needs and for that we are very grateful, she made our trip even better than we imagined. Other than that the location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean. the breakfast is more than we could have asked for and even though the place was fully booked it was very quite and without any children (which is always a plus for us). Just to sum it up, come to this hotel and you won't be dissapointed! and don't forget to take the sea view room, even though the pool view wasn't bad either :)

Review 3：The staff doesn't meet the hotels standards, the bar exists only for filling the hotel amenities. Try not use your credit card not only in the hotel but in the whole island.

Review 9：-I found almost twenty black little hairs on my sheets (not mine,obviously), the first day there. So gross. When I talked to the staffthey were "oh so amazed". Anyway, they changed the sheets theday after. -Not perfectly clean for a 4star hotel. Curtains were notclean and also, the bed sheets, while washed, they had yellow stains onthem. -Found 3 very little worms -Not particularly kind staff in general(smile now and then dears) -Espresso was not included in breakfast price(really, people?!) so they forgot to charge me and only rememberedafterwards (like 4 euros would really make such a difference) -Theshower's telephone was soooo rusty- There was an awful noise on the roof (I think it came from there) every time someone in the hotel used their bathroom!) so sleep wasn't ideal -Empty minibar -Not very big breakfast and only served till 10 o'clock. When I went there at 9, some dishes were already cold

Review 12：Lacked the same atmosphere and feeling in the evening, staff lessattentive, the bar area was hardly used by any of the guests. Poolsidebar not available, although strongly advertised. Sauna, fittness roomand massages not as depicted on web site, some artistic license used inthe photographs.

Review 18：Good location, close to the beach and main town which has a good choice of taverna's and restaurant's. Great décor and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good value for money. This was our 2nd stay, and we would go back again next time we visit Karpathos.
