Review 2：Brilliant in all ways- extremely helpful ,friendly staff (especially when passport left in Naxos !), interesting swimming pool, great views over harbour (2 mins away), lovely breakfast, clean and airy room.

Review 8：The staff were lovely, the location was great! The town is really small so being on the port was beautiful and a great atmosphere with little shops and a local beach... The port has everything and it's so close to everything too! We used the pool quite a lot and loved our room with a balcony over looking the pool and the port! Not noisy and really enjoyable stay. More suitable for relaxing and exploring the Island rather than partying!
Review 9：Staff were strict and little welcoming. Couldn't even swim in the pool without being told to relax and be quiet. Wifi only worked in the reception. Not recommended for young people who are in Ios to party.

Review 12：The hotel was very clean with a lovely swimming pool and a great view. The only downside for people with limited mobility was the steep steps but a stairlift was provided to help with this.

Review 14：Perfect stay for quiet area in Ios with easy access to busy parts including buses and taxis (taxi €5 to centre of village) very steep steps to hotel but there is a stair lift if needed. Close to a beach. Polite and not overbearing staff- cool in-pool bar.

Review 16：We love everything about the place. It is sparklingly clean, comfortable, spacious. It has a large balcony so we could sit and drink, eat, etc overlooking the beautiful harbour. Well worth the walk up the steps to get to it.

Review 19：The Poseidon hotel sits in an elevated position giving the visitor a fantastic view of the beauty of the port. Spiro is a marvellous owner. Any queries were addressed immediately. Our room was kept spotless and the pool and rest of the hotel were very clean. The port is an excellent place to stay on Ios. Make sure you visit the Octopus Tree restaurant.Its the best !!
Review 20：The breakfast was quite expensive considering it was just a mini buffet with ham, cheese, bread and a few other things. Would have been cheaper to go to one of the port side restaurants.
Review 21：Great view over the town. There are many steps to climb to reach the hotel but there is a lift here for carrying up your bags which made things a lot easier. Staff were very friendly. Swim up bar at the pool was great and received a complimentary drink on check-in

Review 24：When we arrived at the hotel I walked all the way up the stairs to check in while my friends stayed at the bottom with the bags. The owner of the hotel asked if we required help with our bags and then used the bag trolley to get them up the stairs. He then took us to our room and carried our bags there as well. All the staff were very friendly and made our stay as relaxing as possible. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone.

Review 38：Andy, who worked at the pool bar was very friendly and provided a high level of service. As the hotel was located on port side of the island being in such close proximity to the bus stop was also very helpful.

Review 40：The hotel is located very close (350 meters) to the port. The staff was very friendly, helpful and assisted with any queries we had. Our room was spacious and comfortable, consisting of two separate bedrooms, each with a balcony. The locating and comfort of the room made the 94 stairs were worth the climb. Should the opportunity arise, we will stay there again.
