Review 1：Situated at the convenient location near to the cruises, casinos, restaurants etc. Property is a well maintained vintage home. Really great hosts - Mr. Carlos and his son Mr. Carlos Jr explained us the things to do in Panaji, helped in getting a rented bike and drop us to the bus station last day.

Review 2：the room was a bit cramped for two single beds. Good for a short stay, but a tad claustrophobic for a longer visit.

Review 4：Caravela is not only located in the most exciting area of panaji, it is run efficiently and the whole experience is like visiting old friends! Generally speaking, all your worries about being in an unfamiliar place with limited time to find out more about it may be safely set aside. I also had a great time discussing goan history and culture with Mr Noronha who owns and runs Caravela. He is probably the friendliest and most helpful and generous host you'll ever find.

Review 5：Our host Carlos was simply awesome. He personally took care of us throughout our stay and made sure we were comfortable at the homestay and clued us up on the area and things to do and where to eat. Would definitely recommend Caravela and its wonderful owner Carlos to anyone staying in Panjim for leisure. Very happy we found this place and we will be back for sure!

Review 7：Location is pretty convenient and the ambiance gives a feel of Goan hospitality. The owner, Mr. Carlos is a thorough gentleman and a perfect host. Quality of service and room amenities are very good.

Review 14：In the heart of the charming old Portuguese area of Panjim. The wonderfully helpful owners Carlos Snr and Jnr made the stay a delight. Even if their advice wasn't always the most accurate they bent over backwards to make it right. Great comfortable very clean rooms and nice size. The bathroom was very very nice and perfectly clean with a generous hot shower. great AC and water and other necessities provided. Just a lovely comfortable base for touring Panjim and North Goa band Old Goa.

Review 15：Located in the Portuguese quarter of Panjim, we very much enjoyed our stay at the Caravela. The hotel is new and rooms are very clean. The owners too are very friendly and joined us for breakfast and even presented us a book on the way out. One of those hotels that fits the "feel right at home" bill. Readily recommended.
