Review 1：Wi-fi coverage was patchy

Review 2：Every member of staff was incredible helpful and friendly. The location was ideal, immediately adjacent to a sandy beach with great views from all restaurants. Several different pools designed for relaxation, families, adjacent to the bar etc.. Great choice of restaurants each with excellent food and wine. Evening entertainment very enjoyable (for a mature couple). Fantastic spa facilities at reasonable prices. Everything was spotlessly clean and the service was prompt.

Review 4：The resort is perfect for all who want to have a relaxed holiday. In a 5minute walk you are in the middle of Malia with lots of restaurants, shops, bars, ect. The staff is very friendly and bungalows are big as well as the bathroom. The buffet for breakfast is huge and you can find everything you might want to eat.

Review 5：Got kicked out with 2 kids at 1200 on the day of departure even though talked to reception the day before to make arrangements to stay later. When sorting out how to stay a bit longer (until 1500 or 1600) got offered a room for additional payment by the girl at reception who forgot that we asked the day before for extra time (mind, hotel is not cheep). No thanks! Last day ruined a good impression we had!

Review 7：-awful Internet - not stable, low speed, every 10 minutes required reconnection. Not a problem for me, but for my husband it was - a lot of small ants in the room -although at hotel site it was said, that there is heated pool, in reality there wasn't and not actually supposed - in spa only Nomiky is real specialist, all others are young girls and not trustworthy

Review 8：-close to airport (30 min) -we had great bungalows with sea view and pool view and nice lawn in front of the rooms(701&702). The baby can crawl on lawn within the whole day -great restaurants ouzery and Asian sunset - a-la cart - both with great views on the sea - variety of differen pools - beach with great sand - baby liked it very much - nice spa and Nomiky was great specialist -nice staff, especially Russian speaking

Review 14：We didnt like the behaviour of the staff. Specially the staff of the main restaurant and the reception were not kind at all. It is really suprising in a five star hotel like this.

Review 15：We were really satisfied with the comfort of the bungallow. The bed is large (about 180 cm wide) with a nice coco mattress. The dinner and the breakfast were ok. The hotel definitely provides a five star service on nearly every fields.
