Review 1：I would have liked some toiletries in the shower, but that is a small detail.

Review 2：Brilliant staff, easily accessible, helpful and friendly. Clean, quiet and comfortable accommodation. With an excellent location, in a lively aera and within walking distance of the main attractions.

Review 6：the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable just like home. The staff is very friendly. Also, we can get 2 keys because we are travelling in a group.

Review 7：Heatings was broken with -2 celsius outside, we asked many times to the staff to solve the problem but they didn't help us nor called someone to repair the heating.

Review 15：The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, it's very clean, and looks really nice, one could actually feel like home in this apartment. Also it's located really close to the city center,the administrators were really nice, giving us maps and recommendations, and even if the street where it's located is full of clubs, what amazed me the most was how quiet it was! I strongly recommend this apartment, and i will for sure return here!

Review 16：We found the bed too low. The bedframe was right on the floor and a bit challenging for a 'mature' couple.

Review 21：the apt we got was on the main floor, quite dark and poorly equipped. staff won't give you the code for the main entrance so, do expect you to go out and open it 'cause they don't even provide with 2 keys. on TV only local state channel in hungarian. no decoration at all. would not take it again.

Review 25：The bed was basically a stained box spring with a thin sheet over it. Not comfortable at all since the springs poked us all night. The superior studio was very shabby- saggy sofa, stained curtains, mold in the bathroom. I had to wash out the cutlery tray as it had someone else's bread crumbs in it.

Review 28：...completely different than in the picture, little bit clogged bathroom, mighty ice in fridge (I'm sure that was after very warm summer - but should be check by staff - I had small flood in kitchen) - if you compare to 4/5 stars studio (like main photo - looks very exclusive), this looks like for party people - cheap facilities - overall for studio 5 / 10 - but still WORTH A VISIT !!

Review 44：There is a lot of street noise particularly at night because the apartment looks out onto a party street and is opposite one of the most famous and popular tourist bars in Budapest (I still slept well though due to the comfy bed)! Payment in cash meant having to preorder and carry €1000 which was a faff, booking.com stated card payments were accepted - naughty booking.com! Could do with a shower screen to allow stand-up showering without flooding the bathroom! In the living room, the sofa(bed) shape was a bit awkward and not so comfortable.

Review 45：Kinga and her team were lovely and very helpful. Memory foam mattress was really comfortable and I slept well. Location is right in the centre. Dedicated and good wifi allowed me to work remotely. Well equipped kitchen and nice bathroom.

Review 46：The apartment block was quite unwelcoming and has certainly seen better days. The decor and furnishings in the apartment have definitely seen better days. Our boiler (including electrics..!) was situated above the bath/shower and didn't work at all! After one (unwashed) night, we got our money back (on the condition we write a good review on here..!!!) and moved on elsewhere.

Review 47：Once inside, the apartment was spacious and light.

Review 48：The "air conditioning" was basically a lie: there was just aportable air conditioner, the power cord was too short to position itclose to the window, the outlet pipe was too short too (and it was justlying on the floor, it wasn't even assembled together with the unit)and it was horribly loud when turned on. In short, we could not use itat all in the 35c heat and the room had no proper airflow even with allwindows opened at night.The bed was terrible, the mattress was very low quality, too soft and not high enough so you would hit the wooden frame with your legs all the time. The shower in the bathroom was not as it was pictured; it reality it was the stand-in-the-bathtub type plus a cheap plastic curtain. The washing machine was not very confidence inspiring either (although we haven't tried using it). The apartment is located in a street full of party places and pubs frequented both by locals and tourists during the summer, so loud singing and screaming was the norm almost every night (and we had to leave the windows open at night due to the lack of air conditioning).

Review 49：The couch in the living room was comfortable. The internet was workingflawlessly and the apartment was in good condition and properlycleaned. The location of the apartment is good, right in the citycentre with good access to public transport, if you can look past thenoise of the partying people at nights (and the dirt they leave behindon the street).

Review 52：Proper air conditioning does not exist - there are mobile air conditioning units which did not really function well. I should mention that we happened to be there during a particularly hot period. There was also a problem with electricity cutting out - though this may have something do with the power consumption of the air conditioners. The door couldn't close in one of the bedrooms - because the bed was blocking the door.

Review 57：The apartament has a garage, but we had to pay 20EUR a day to use it. We thougth that it was unfair. In addition, it is in front of Szimpla Kert, one of the most famous ruinpubs of Budapest. It was difficult to sleep because of the noise. It is recommended to get an apartment in the backside.

The host was very charming and helpfull. They provide us maps and tips so we knew were to eat and what to visit. THE BEST PART, THE LOCATION. Is were all the good food, pubs and clubs are. If someday I return to Budapest, i will totally look for the same place to stay.

Review 66：It's in the heart of action. Very convenient. Although on a busy street, our apartment was beyond a courtyard and therefore quiet. Good facilities.
