Review 3：Quite noisy when they have function on the 3rd floor. They should set the time limit to finish early rather than drag to mid night.

Review 9：The booked room had dirty linen and room's A.C. was leaking. Even after repair it was terrible and more water was pouring in to the room.

Review 10：The immediate response of the staff about the dirty linen, leaking A.C. system. They took time but gave a better room without any tariff raise.

Review 15：Room was a bit grungy. Bed linen was dirty looking. Terrible shower. Noisy plumbing. Sounded like a generator starting each time the toilet was flushed. The restaurant was in the back of the underground garage! Terrible location for a restaurant!

Review 31：Good. The hotel is strategically located within walking distance from the Utchi pillaiyar temple and Saradha silks store. Value for money. If you are putting up the night to visit these places then no transportation is required. Nice simple breakfast provided as complimentary for the stay. However the wifi connection is only can be access from the Hotel lobby.

Review 35：The staff are really helpful, especially Mr Raj, he will try his best to help us in every way. Mr Raj even helped me to rent a notebook. The room are comfortable, hot shower available, more than 70 tv channels, chilling aircond, and my room comes with fan too. Breakfast is delicious as i got my indian tongue. They do deliver lunch and dinner to room on request with charges. Laundry service available. They do have luggage scaling. The bell boy helped with recharging/reload phone balance. Currency changing available with the best rate they can find for you. Pickup and drop to airport is available upon request. The security will get you an auto/taxi with best rate. Room cleaning on request. All the big shopping, cinema theater is just nearby. Strategic location, all are in walking distance only. Please be little generous to gave out some tips to the staff. They are really helpful.

Review 36：i dont like the toliet and bath... i booked a suite room nut the toilet is as like a normal low class room.. i was very much disappointed on it. and also the bed. the bed was not good and it makes very noise and shake. so we cannot sleep quietly....

Review 38：The comfort room was very small and the bed was also too small for two people. For the price, the hotel should at least provide clean sheets. When we got in the duvet had what seemed like dried blood stains, as did the sheets. We had them provide us clean sheets which they did--but they were torn. On the second day we got better sheets. Hot water was lukewarm for taking shower.

I prepare to take big one by additionally paying the tariff cost. I am ready to pay the difference. Even after called call to vacate the big room when I was at temple. Finally we have paid both rooms with tariff rates only. When we approached them for taxi hire and have advised to call from my mobile NTL Taxi and booked ourselves.

These actions could simply have been done in the doorway - given that they didn't want us taking the laundry to reception.
