Review 1：General cleanliness. When i first entered the room it had an awful stink. Had to request special cleaning and sanitized. Did not have a bedside clock/radio, facial tissues or a bottle opener. For prices charged on a par with the Mandovi, some small conveniences were lacking.

Review 2：The Location. Local buses for travel to Panaji available every 2 minutes.Busy beach & Full of life outside the gates but peaceful inside the complex. bungalow style residences opening to landscaped lawns. Good breakfast buffet and nightly entertainment,

Review 3：Contact them directly if you wont to get a bed. Nothing working properly (except refrigerator), including air conditioning. No things like toilet paper. Breakfast unbelievably expensive (although may be provided free for reasons which I did not follow).

Review 5：On arrived I discovered they were unaware of my booking with them through Booking.com Exceptioanally load and not contrlollable air conditining. Need special expertize to make hot water; howeer, hardly needed itself in that climate.

Review 9：Very bad maintenance. You could hardly tell that the cot had a mattress on top. Running water stops once in a while so you ring reception up to keep the water coming.

Review 11：They rented out the lawn one day, and these people played loud music and that was a complete buster. I had to leave the room in the mid-day heat to save my ears and my head. One of the rooms smelt old.

Review 12：The position, the space. By the happening Miramar beach. Close to Science centre. Buses going to Panjim city and Dona Paula stop right infront of the residency. Staff are cordial.

Review 13：The traditional rock hard mattress that Indians favour. The only downside of not stayin in a western chain hotel. Another problem was that GTDC does not accept credit cards or money transfers from foreign banks so we had to pay in cash.

Review 14：The charm of the hotel which could only be in Goa, with bedrooms in cottages under coconut trees located at the top of a fantastic beach.

Review 15：Nothing bad as such, but rooms could be better maintained. Furniture badly needs polishing. Toilets & its corners need a good thorough clean up.
