Review 1：the only pool is the padi plunge pool next door. on busy main road. poor room service. no shade. poor air con. totally over priced. poor menu from cafe next door.

Review 15：- during our stay there was construction going on next door which was not communicated to us before. If you intend to sleep longer than 8.00 - that could be a problem. - the pool was not very clean upon our arrival but was cleaned very fast and good. - the breakfast (ordered via Walkie-Talkie - very cool :-)) was missing something every single day. But upon complaining was fixed very fast. - wifi was very weak - and very often simply not working. when available it was very slow but good enough to check your mails or do whatsapp messaging and calls.

Review 16：+ quick response to complaints + very clean rooms and baths + good Location + great sound-system with bluetooth to listen to music from your phone + very large TV + nice pool If it wasn't for the pool beeing not clean the first day and the construction work next door - this would be 10 out of 10!

Review 17：The staff was quiet helpless and not kind with backpackers. You could feel the fact that the hotel business is divided into two kind of accomodation levels; expensive bungalows and dorms for backpackers. Is not a place where backpackers are really treated well. The second day I was there they started to put some strong chemicals in the room beside mine to eliminate some eventual bed bugs and we could smell it during all the night.

Review 19：In the Backpacker Apartments, only one of four toilets wasn't locked during night, and the one that wasn't locked, was clogged.

Review 21：There was not place to sit, so we had to leave the hotel to hang out somewhere or sit in front of our door, next to the toilets. There were bedbugs in our room. And they tried to get rid of them in the room next to us, using very poisonous smelling chemicals, which gave me a bad headache.
