Review 1：we had opted for the queen size bed, but we realized they had actually combined two twin mattress on the same bed frame, which is shameful. was so inconvenient at night cause either me or my husband would fall in between the gap of the two mattress. The breakfast buffet wasn't very fancy either.

Review 2：the hotel is fairly new- kept clean and staff are really polite - specifically John who assisted in the breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Enjoyed our stay!

Review 5：Room allotted first had a thick nicotine cover in the room the next one given to us was reaking of alcohol smell. Only after a lot of screaming and embarassing ourselves were we given a clean room.

There seems to be a lot of staff on reception, when we asked questions we were promosed answers which never arrived. But overall enjoyed our stay, we travel to India a lot hope they maintain the standard.

Review 9：The Bed was broken and receptions response was that no other rooms available. Had to stack with pillows and continue for 4 days.... The loud music from the ZONE BAR till early morning reaches the bed rooms at the 4th floor.... Especially on wednesday; when ladies get free entry and booze...

Review 10：The hotel has only one restaurant and it is crowded like a market in the evenings; not by guests staying at the hotel but by other patrons who book in bulk numbers. It was loud, crowded and unpleasant; definitely not where I want to eat when I am paying 4-star!
