The family-run Sweet Memories Houses is located in Messongi of Corfu, right on the long, sandy beach. It offers self-catering units with free Wi-Fi and views over the Ionian Sea or the garden.
Opening to a balcony, all apartments of Sweet Memories have a kitchen with dining area, fridge and a stove. Each unit is equipped with a washing machine, iron and a TV with satellite channels. The private bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Some units also include a fireplace.

Review 1：Cold in the living room; beaches were very dirty and most of the restaurants were closed (it was not the high season but I the island is living on the tourism...)

Review 4：The apartment is ideally situated right on the beach, very close to all the other amenities in this lovely sleepy village. The owners can not do enough to ensure your holiday is perfect. Mesongi beach is stunning, perfect for children to play and explore, whilst being small enough for you to keep a close eye on them.

Review 6：Owners were very very kind and took care of me and family. Upgraded our room just cause. View was amazing stepping out to beach.
Review 7：That the room originally booked was already booked with sea view and was changed the day before coming. Couldn't take card payment so had to be driven to a cash machine to get money out. Beach was a mess, covered in rubbish. Room was basic and smelt like a retirement home. Shower was cold and wifi turned off from 4pm-10am. Disappointed on arrival with all the great reviews it's had.

Review 9：Wifi was intermittent in the evening between 6pm and 10pm otherwise it was very good. We had a noisy family with 3 young children above us which were very noisy between 6pm and 8pm but then they presumably went to bed and all was quite again - but this is not the fault of the apartment.
Review 10：Apartment location and village were great (we were out of season 26th Oct to 2nd Nov) and most tourist placesd have shut down so we saw genuine Corfu. Great access to all the island. We will be back to Corfu and SM.
Review 11：We went at Sweet memories in the beginning of september 2014, with two little kids. The location is great, practically on the endless sand beach, wich is apropriate for families. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. The owners are solar, kind and helpful persons. We hope to return to this dream location.

Review 13：It was really a perfect vacation for a family with 3 kids! We were not even dreaming about. A lot of pleasant surprises from the lovely owners. Excellent silent location, right on the sandy beach, shallow sea on the background, tavernas with nice food located just next door. Shops at less than 100 m.
Review 14：The location is amazing being right on the beach, the accommodation was very good quality, we stayed in the ground floor apartment from which you stepped onto the sand, bliss. Lastly, Michael and Vicky were wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Will definitely return next year.

Review 20：Amazing location - it really is right on the beach. The owners are extremely kind and helpful. The apartment was so much larger than I expected - bright and sunny and very comfortable. Massive balcony with stunning views. Small supermarket just round the corner. This is one place I would definitely visit again.
Review 21：Everything. We stayed at the house at the very veach. The house is one to remember and yes, for those of you who may be wondering, yes it is making a difference that it is literally on the sand not just next to the beach. The apartment is spacious, clean and nicely designed. Kitchen area is great. There is not so much kitchenware though so whether you a planning to do more kooking have this in mind. The villiage is also very nice and quiet (we have been there in the winter so not sure ho it is in the summer). There are stores and bakeries very close to the house. The hosts are great, absolutely helful and smiling and nice and will do whatever needed to assure you feel you are not fine. I will be absolutely going back.

Review 25：We have travelled all over the world (Asia, US, Mexico, Europe, Australia) and have yet to encounter a place as welcoming as this. The family running the place do literally everything to deserve and keep deserving the exceptional rating (10) they have on this website. The place is perfect - on a beautiful beach on in a beautiful bay (book an apartment with sea view!) with a great taverna next door. Clean, comfortable room, fireplace, big kitchen, beds large enough (I'm 1.92m) and a truly touching Corfu welcome. Couldn't recommend more. Michael and Vicky, thank you!
Review 26：First of all; the owners are fantastic! They are so friendly and warm. The apartment is big and practical, with an excellent location, right on the beach. We stayed in the apartment in the backyard, which was very lovely. The village is small and peaceful; perfect for children. There are nive tavernas all around, and two big stores around the corner. The beach is nice and the water crystal clear. We definetely have Sweet Memories from this vacation!

Review 28：This must be one of the best hollidays for years , thanks to the owners of this place. They picked us up at the aerport and got us back again. They had brought water and some fresh food in the fridge when we arrived, and the appartment was very clean. I know that everything in the Kitchen was washed by the owners before someone new moved into the apartment. It was well equiped with washing machine, tv, wifi, kitchenstuff, toaster, kitchen range, iron, hairdresser, coffemaker etc. We could lived there for months. Best of all is the location, it is absolutly perfect. It is located on the best part of the Mesonghi beach. The appartment is so Close to the beach that you don't have to walk at all. The sea is Nice, clean and calm. It is a small village with lots of nice tavernas with good food and some nice bars as well.The backyard is so Nice and clean With lots of Herbs and grapes. If there was a problem, the owners fixed it at once. We also felt very safe.We will come back, and we will live in Sweet Memories again, the name suits the Place!!!.
