Review 1：Poor skiroom without blowing tube storage for skiboots, very slow service during gala dinner and silvester party.

Review 2：Breakfast is wonderful, the place is very comfortable -200 meter far from skilift, good open air pool, salt room, very big spaceroom.

Review 3：It's hard to climb the mountain with a small child. But that's just a small minus.

Review 7：- Nothing disappointed us. If there is one very small item to mention, than it would be the following: the rooms are really nice & modernly styled but there is limited privacy between bathroom and bedroom. Nothing serious but sometimes a bit more privacy could be useful.

Review 8：- Everything was really excellent in this resort. The location is great, the rooms are spacious, modern and very nice. Restaurant is really good and nothing is too much. The chef in the kitchen even offered to prepare special meals for us. A real good place to be and I haven't even mentioned the splendid pool, the free inside parking, ...

Review 9：I think the whole area is mainly meant to be for the German speaking even though everybody understands English. It was also a bit of a problem in the hotel in the beginning but everybody got used to each otherin a very short time. The only thing that could have been better was that our room could have a proper window. The standart room offered through Booking.com was half of a family suite, roomly but dark. The very small balcony was shared by 4 rooms therefore the balcony door was always shut and the curtains had to be at least half closed at all times. It was a perfect facility if you travelled with friends or as a big family but not the bedst for a family of 3.

Review 10：From the moment you come in the door you become part of the family. The owners Jenny and Peter with their smiling faces were around at all times. The hotel is situated in a very perfect corner of Serfaus that it takes about 3 minutes to reach the cable car system or the metro to the city. It was a big luxury to come back from the mountains and go directly to the pool at the top floor looking at the mountains within the bubling waters and then having a perfect gourmet experience in the evenings. There is Sauna, a Salt room near the pool as well as a beuty and welness center offering a variety of treatments which we also made use of.We had a very good experience and hope to return back next year.
