Review 1：Dirty, run-down, and tired. The exterior was terrible and immediately caused concern for condition of the hotel. We drove to the dirt parking lot and wouldn't even park my car there. We drove to the front and entered the location. I told the manager I needed to see the room before I would even check in. It was terrible. The rug was filthy. The sofa bed was vile and there was no way we would stay there.
Review 2：The location alongside the lake was great. Unfortunately, on arrival the hotel was so bad, I told reception we would not stay there. Fortunately, the manager charges us only 15 euro to not stay there and we left.

Review 6：It is a budget hotel so do not expect facilities considered to be basic, like free towels etc. It is close to the beach, so the music and noise might be distubing, especially on weekends.
