Review 1：Staff training! Lack of information as to location of breakfast room, no offer of eggs or coffee, had to ask. View of rubbish outside our ground floor room.

Review 5：I had booked two family rooms (4 persons each+ two children)for the night of 20th October, 15 through booking.com. In my booking, it was clearly mentioned the total charge including all taxes is INR 7475.08 (8.4% tax + 12% city tax included) for both the rooms but to my shock, the hotel insisted that tax is not included on the booking and they forced us to pay the taxes considering INR 7475.08 as basic rate. Very disappointing!

Review 7：Food service was not good. Taste was not the mark as its prices were too high. You need to pay the bill at the time of service was the worst thing in room service.

Review 41：Packs of cockroaches I had to drive away half of night, dirty sheets, abscence of Wifi and price of 4000 rupees I paid for all that pleasures.

The borek doesn't provide hotel lunch or breakfast and it gets difficult for stayers to look for food, the breakfast doesn't arrive on time and it's really a testing time for staying people at the hotel. The prices could be reasonable compared to other hotel which provide a whole lot of facilities like spa, swimming pool, wifi and hotel .

Review 53：The hotel is located at the very prime locality of panjim city. The area is surrounded by good trees which adds to a better serene look, the rooms are pretty good. We do get breakfast upon order. The bathrooms are equipped with geyser facility and modern bathroom outfits.over all it's a good place to stay
