Review 4：- owner was extremely friendly and helpful - apartment was perfectly equipped - location is very nice. - good connection to ski resort though it's too far to walk there and it's necessary to use either car or ski bus. Ski bus stops just in front of door so it's quite possible to get ready for skiing at home and hop on the bus.

Review 12：House is little bit difficult to find when you arrive for the first time (little bit hidden behind the hedge, especially when you drive in the direction from Gries), some more significant marking may help. Matraces in bed were maybe too soft. Single handle mixer in shower would be little bit more comfortable than two separate taps.
Review 13：Very friendly and helpful lady - house owner (gave us hints for getting to ski area, trips nearby, arranged fresh bread delivery in the morning, even gave us some tea and sugar when we did not manage to do shopping before the shop in Rennweg was closed), nice, spacy and warm rooms, beautiful view, balcony. Well-equipped kitchen (4-hob gas cooker, fridge, enough dishes of all kind). Ski depot room with ski shoes heater. Skibus stop right in front of the house. Very reasonable price.
