Review 1：Very comfy and clean, its a shame it is not a walking distance from any major point. But the hotel has a nice rooftop restaurant with the view of the rock fort temple

Review 2：The hotel was fine but the cleanliness can improve. The bedsheets, bedding, towels were dirty and looks pale yellow...they had stain marks and needed good clean wash...other than that the rooms were decent for trichy.

Review 3：The hotel claimed to have a rooftop restaurant and playground but when we arrived, it was still under renovation. Its was a big disappointment. We have to request everyday for the rooms to be cleaned and rubbish removed. The house keeping staff are not friendly.

My experience was terrible and even worse was the managementwho cares a damn for your feedback/concern.The restaurant doesn't have the FOOD you wanna try at 2pm, reason given - we had unexpectedly too many guest(s) so we are short on FOOD and can only offer "FRIED RICE"!!! Then you check into the rooms, they are full of FILTH! BED BUGS all over, unhygienic restrooms and list goes on...

Review 21：Except the front counter and the rooftop restaurant staff everything else was bad. 1) Lift was out of service 2) House Keeping staff are very slow and bad service. I have to call them more than 3 times. This repeated few times. 3) Ironing you have to pay 4) the room cleanliness was just OK. The mattress, bedlinen, pillow and blanket was old. 4) One of the worst breakfast i've ever had in India. Not many choices and the taste was bad. 5) the hotel is totaly out of all the amenities. You need to pay the auto drivers Rs.130 to Rs.150 to go to the bus stand. Not recommended to foreigners as the charges are exorbitant at times. Imagine if you need to travel few times for shopping or for a nice food. 6) I booked for 4 nights but I checked out the next day itself. 7) WiFi connection was bad 8) The rooftop restaurant food was very expensive. I will never recommend to anyone.

Review 25：I could notice hairs on the bed the moment I entered the room after checking in. Pillow covers and bed spreads had lot of stains.Although they changed them immediately after my complaint, they still were not stain free. My room was cleaned just once in my 5 days stay. I had to ask towels every day. Staffs were very disorganized, mixedup laundries. Location is not good either, lot of drunken people outside.

Housekeeping / other staff were slamming doors loudly, but stopped when I requested.

Review 44：Very clean, modern facilities with stunning view of Rock Fort, glass elevator with city views, and a must-have, ultra-cool AC. Excellent location for pilgrimage to Hindu temples just north of Trichy (Sri Rangam, Gunaseelam, Samayapuram, Thirupattur). Great room service with delicious veg food and neat, open-air terrace restaurant with all-around views of Trichy. Good laundry serivce with housekeeping whenever we wanted. Probably 4-star quality for Trichy.

Review 45：Horrible horrible location. Dirty outside. People sleeping under bridge. Booked 2 nights. Stayed for one. Renovations being undertaken on our floor late into the night and began in the early hours. Terrible banging. Had just a few hours sleep. On getting jnto bed in evening found sheets were filthy dirty although bed had been made up using the previous occupants' bed covers. Revolting. Got them changed but really on reflection should have checked out that first night. Asked for money back. Refused but eventually gave us partial refund for second night. Don't stay there.

Review 49：- no toiletries provided which is expected at this kind of hotel and at this rate - tendency of staff/mgmt to extract more money from visitors. While the electronic display suggested Rs. 1500 for double bed room, I had to pay Rs. 1800 + taxes as I had a online pre-booking. The hotel by default provides 24 hour check-in but the hotel staff wanted to charge me more for 3 hours beyond my stay at 12:00 noon with a vague reasoning of online booking through booking.com. That is after checking out of the hotel and clearing all payments they called me to ask for more payment. I hope the hotel mgmt. takes note of it and fixes the attitude.
