Review 1：The bathroom smelled like piss. I think it is because the toilet seat hasn't been cleaned properly from underneath.

Review 4：The decor and size of the room (including eh suite bathroom) was brilliant. The location is excellent. It's a five minute to the subway, a ten minute walk to the Thermal Baths and zoo. Excellent value for money with this accommodation.

Review 14：Horribly noisy toilet ventilation, with no easy way to turn it off. Towel dryer was not working. Room doors could profit from more sound proofing - on the first evening we had to listen to a very loud company sitting in the hotel lobby. Lights controlled by a key card could have some grace period to allow safe exit; also there was no power sockets staying on while you are away. Expensive hotel parking, but the parking on the street nearby was available. No hotel restaurant; getting something to eat after 10pm is quite a challenge. Mini-bar was not renewed for 3 days in the row.

Review 15：Good location next to the subway station. Helpful staff. Nice building. Wi-Fi with single sign on for the whole stay, but a bit slow. Well isolated shower. Ingress couch portal.

Review 16：Wifi signal was weak in our room at the end of the corridor unless standing by the door or the bathroom. We had an extra bed added for a friend on the first night but was a bit uncomfortable for him to sleep.

Review 17：Location is great to get to one of the main baths and right by Heroes Square as soon as you come out the metro (which is easy to use along with trams and buses to get you easily around). Staff were helpful and nice. Room was spacious and clean with a good shower. Even though it's on a main road traffic noise was minimal from our room on the third floor.

Lovely quiet, clean and well-appointed room with staff on hand to answer or address any question or concern. The location of the hotel, right next to the fabulous Heroes Square monument, was just perfect for exploring the many delights and highlights of Budapest. Will definitely stay here again when revisiting! Highly recommended.

Review 19：We spent 4 nights in the hotel. The staff is very helpfull, whatever we asked they fixed. The breakfast was very pleasant. Room 308 is a dream with balcony and a stunning view to Heros´Square.

Review 35：Our room was on 1st floor and a view from the window was unpleasant (in description it is mentioned that the view is on Heroes Square). Moreother, room is not soundproof, so you can hear every sound from the cafe in the hall. Very small refrigerator. No dishes except 2 cups, teaspoons and saucers. Location is far from the center of the city. No grocery stores near the hotel. Once breakfast time was reduced down to 10 a.m. without any noticeable announcement.

Review 52：Получил штраф за неправильную парковку в городе, сотрудники отеля вызвались помочь оплатить штраф, чтобы я не терял времени в очереди на почте!!! Брали сдвоенный семейный номер для семьи из 5 человек, потрясный вид с балкона! Ещё бы погодку потеплее... Парковка во дворе, метро рядом. Знаменитые Будапештские СПА, ресторан венгерской кухни, Гундол, всё под боком, и куча других красивых мест. Заказать билеты на экскурсии помогут прямо в отеле. В общем- рекомендую. Хорошее соотношение цена/качество.

Review 55：Truculant and ignorant attitude of female staff at breakfast. It is meant to be available until 10.30, but she was packing up at 9.45 and doesn't smile at all. No sense of "service" and no white toast. The hotel is close to Heroes Square and museums, but it is a trek to affordable restaurants in the evening.

Review 57：At times shortage of staff during breakfast. Staff worked very hard to keep up with the demand but it was just too much to cope at rush hour. Breakfast juice should improve. If you offer "champagne" for breakfast (which in fact is Sekt, a good Sekt though) than at least the juice should be of prime quality. Ventilation of the toilets next to the breakfast area should be improved. Smell did not go to the breakfast area but at the toilets it was clear there is room for improvement.

Review 61：A very picky thing but the TV channels were not very good. Although out and about all day, there wasn't really much to watch in the evening as there were no good English speaking channels. Just news channels. If you have no plans to watch TV then please do not let this put you off, like I said, a very picky thing!

Different hot food options were offered every morning which was nice. Very good wi-fi connection. Right next door to the Heroes Square metro station. About 30 steps or so away and that line takes you right into the centre of town.
