Review 1：When I ordered room service, communication was a bit off, I couldn't understand what they were saying and they couldn't understand me either. After 30 minutes food still didn't come so I went restaurant upstairs to ask what was going on and they immediately said "2 minutes". Food that came later was good.
Review 2：Hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Everybody including cleaning staff looked like very well trained. Hotel was a little bit difficult to find but being close to shopping area was big advantage.
