Review 1：They try to cheat you by offering car wash. I had to pay to wash the car they had washed for which they charge you 200 rupees. They don't say this up front. Lousy hotel. Would never stay there again.

Review 3：I was given room no 538, There was lot of wood work going at top floor and I could able to stay in room , Complain to manager many times but the was not stopped, I could not enjoy my trip.

Review 8：Wrongly I made booking Double Delux room for 1 person. Before the stay I realized and modified the booking for 2 persons and took a printout. There was no additional charges. When I check in the hotel reception insisted to pay additional Rs500 for the second person. I felt cheated.

Review 11：When we booked we asked for quiet rooms. Also during check-in we repeated this request. However when we were in the room (on the 6th floor) we started (from around 18.30 h) to hear a very annoying motorsound (apparently from a pumproom) that resulted in a headache after two hours. After our strong complaint we were immediately shifted to other rooms on the 5th floor where we enjoyed a quiet night. When we checked out we had another unpleasant experience when the staff behind the counter did not agree with the price that Booking.com had given us and the normal room tariff was claimed. When we protested, the staff stated that they did not get any mail from Booking.com although - during our check-in - they made a photocopy of our Booking Confirmation, which clearly details the prices for the two rooms. We had a really unpleasant discussion and in the end we were presented with a bill that still did not state the Booking.com tariff but we were so fed up that we paid the bill as such. This is not a matter of the price itself but of principle, where the hotel has to agree to the prices they publicise on the Booking.com website. The lady behind the counter even did not take the effort to apologise… but another staff-member (who recognized us from before) did it in her place as he realized that we left with a very unpleasant feeling which spoiled our day.

Review 64：I did not get the room that i actually booked, i had booked for deuxe room but they gave me executive stating that the deluxe rooms were accupied by other guests , as it was late night when i checked in i had no other options that going for it. The rooms ac was not good, they was lots of noice disturbance of lift, generator and exhaust fan throught the night as they had provided me the room closer to all these stuffs. Was not a good stay for me.
