Review 1：Hot tub on spa terace was out of function half the time of our stay. Modest choice of foods for dinner.

Review 4：Outstanding quality of the hotel and equipment. Wellness & spa center with all variety of installations representing the top quality. Half pension was more than OK in particular the dinner with large choice of main courses. I need to highlight very attentive staff always ready to help and sensitive to any request.

Review 5：Employees in wellness. TV screen at swimming pool at employees disposal - they must watch football, the wish of guest they do not care. Horrible condition of bikes - is it really problem to make sometimes inspection of their full functionality ? Outside whirlpool often out of order. 4stars hotel - but just some of employees speak English. Overpriced water, wine and beer in restaurant.

Review 7：The rooms were very hot. May need an AC. You could only buy small bottles of water at the hotel, and in the mini bar. It was extremely hot when we were there so this was a minus. The breakfast and dinner were fine but not as good as the lunch.

Review 8：The room was great, spacious and clean. The lunch at restaurant Bock was truly wonderful. Great wines and cunning staff. The facilities were also very good. There were several different pools, saunas and the massage was well worth the money.

Review 9：terrible shower - water flows out on the floor, no possibility to open window in the sleeping room (room 107) so we have musty smell there, weak knowledge English, thin small towels in the Wellness, mosquitoes

Review 13：4stars hotel cannot employ the employees do not command of english language in the positions of receptionists. Room service woke up us by knocking before 9am when we slept - unacceptable. Later they do not clear our room because they did not speak english, probably incorrectly understood not to be our room cleaned - 2 days with old towels and overflowing scrap basket.

Review 19：The room is too warm with the door closed but if it is left open, mosquitos come in. The "regular" price over 300,000 HUF for one night is ridiculous, even the discounted price of 46,000 HUF / night is rather high; it is probably possible to find a similar value elsewhere around Balaton for a lower price. It is somewhat disappointing that (for example) slippers are not included for this relatively high price - but at least there is an option to buy them at the hotel. It was also difficult to find a good place for hanging our wet swimming gear. However, in spite of these small problems, we had a great time at hotel Zenit and would return happily anytime.

Review 20：The view of lake Balaton from the room and from the jacuzzi outdoors was splendid. Tasty and fresh breakfast, reasonable dinner. Fresh and modern rooms and bathrooms. The Cleopatra bath in an oak bathtub in the spa was very pleasant although one had to pay extra for it. The welcome fruit bowl was a really nice gesture.

Review 21：The food (dinner and breakfast) was really horrible, we could hardly eatit. Very low quality, very limited choice, all cheap carbohydrates andeven vegetables/salads were "swimming" in sauces. Food wasreal dissapointment! The hotel was filled with kids. Thespa/wellness center closes at 20:30 (very early), which is the sametime when dinner is done (I guess after dinner we are expected to go tosleep, just like the kids?!). The swimmingpools are very small andenough just for a few people, so we skipped it. The tv only hadHungarian channels! The staff at the reception does not speak Englishwell, they do not seem to know their work, their communication skillsand customer relations are unsatisfactory. We will definitely not returnto this hotel. It does not deserve to have 4 stars, because it does notoffer the 4 star level of service, food, accomodation (3 star is a morereasonable rating, providing they improve the food!).

Review 42：When I started to book the room, it said "lake view". On the confirmation it was said that it is "partial lake view. And in reality we did not see the lake. I suggest to make this clear and easy to understand to avoid misunderstandings.

Review 56：Too humid in the bathroom and very poor light. You are almost there in the dark. One evening it was not possible to eat outside even if the rain had stopped one hour ago. The waiters said that boss didn't allow them to clean up the tables so we could eat outside, because then all the others also would want to sit outside... Strange. That was very bad.

Review 60：My boyfriend and I have returned to this hotel several times mainly because we absolutely love the romantic setting and the pleasant atmosphere of the hotel. However, several times alerady we experienced an unsatisfactory and very slow service in the restaurant of the hotel. A couple of example below: 1) Once when we approached our table we noticed that table cloth was dirty and when we asked the waiter to please change it he showed his dissatisfaction with our request in an arrogant way (!), he changed the table cloth but was showing that he was very unhappy to do so. Needless to say, the whole experience of a nice dinner was destroyed. 2) The last time we were having dinner in the restaurant we asked for a cup of tea from a waiter several times and the tea never came. So we asked the other waiters to help with getting the tea and after several requests a waiter brought us a bottle of Ice-tea (!). We managed to get our cup of tea at the end but that was rather a very long and humiliating process. I do think that the hotel is very nice in general and they cook well, so I tried not to notice the unsatisfactory experiences of the restaurant, but it is just been too much! I would still recommend visiting the hotel as everything except of the service in the restaurant is very nice. I do not think I will return to this restaurant any time soon.

Review 62：Some staff seriously need to put a smile on their faces when dealingwith guests. Plus, I believe that a 4-star hotel needs staff that canspeak proper English. As noted by other reviewers before me, a lot ofinformation was only available in Hungarian. All tv channels inHUngarian, only 2 in German. Overall, it is a great hotel that could bemade a lot better with a little attention to these details and with aserious attitude-change of the staff.

Review 64：Firstly, the hotel claims that they have Wi-Fi everywhere, but inreality only works at the reception, spa and in the restaurant (mediumto poor quality of service). Wi-Fi in the rooms is not working at alleven if the signal is present. Secondly, even if the staff is friendlyand always there to help you, they have poor level of english language.Thirtly, most of the information and advertising in the hotel is only inHungarian and few are translated to English and German.
