Review 1：I specifically asked for a non-smoking room in my booking but had to argue with the reception staff before she finally assigned the room to me (was upgraded to another room type). It was not a nice experiment to be honest.

Review 2：It is located beside the river so it enjoys a great view. Unfortunately it is a bit far from the city center.

Review 7：When you travel with family, a swimming pool is a must; and this is not available in this hotel. Hotel management, please add a swimming pool at the adjacent area; you still have plenty area for such.

( I just paid the rental "perahu klotok" to Lok Baintan floating market with cash @ bussiness centre & have a received. But went we check out, the reception staff collect it again ) 3. The rate is expensive comparing with the hotel condition 4. Bedrooms looks dirty & oldfashion
