Review 1：The entrance to the hotel from the main road was alittle difficult to find but the staff helped us locate it by phone.

Review 2：Everything was superb. The location was wonderful, the views were impeccable and the staff were so friendly. Everybody in the hotel treats you like family. Wonderful atmosphere. Special thanks to Ms. Verena and Mr. Yli for making our stay most comfortable

Review 3：The spa area was jointly used by guests from an adjacent hotel and the facilities looked crowed together. The hotel is difficult to find even if you have got a navigation device on your car as it is located at the end of an alley way passing though the adjacent hotel. The only underground parking garage available is not fit for a big SUV or a mini-van to use.

Review 4：The hotel has a great location and we had fantastic views over the surrounding mountains from our hotel room balcony and restaurant terrace. Breakfast and dinner were unforgetably delicious and tastefully presented.

Free child care (rated by our 4-year-old as his favorite part of the vacation!), unbelievable cuisine, super-friendly staff, on-site spa and swimming pool, majestic mountains accessible by foot right from the hotel.
