Review 1：The key card needed to be activated everytime we left the hotel and came back The Wifi only worked in the reception The bath towels looked old and in need of an urgent replacement Not enough toiletries were provided, there was no bath shampoo. The room looked old

Review 3：We were unable to get a map of Trichy at the front desk. As tourists, we really need a map when arriving in a new city. The room was very attractively furnished but surprisingly there was no small fridge.

Review 4：Our room had everything we wanted and needed : a very comfortable king-size bed, reading lamps, air conditioning and a separate fan, a kettle and a hairdryer, and cable TV. Laundry service was prompt and reasonably priced and the newspaper was delivered to the room every morning

Good breakfast buffet, especially if you like South-Indian food. Practical, central location by the bus-stand and with a spacious basement for parking.

Review 59：It is a stone throw away from the central part of Tirunelveli. It has a good Non Veg Restaurant in its Ground floor and excellent value for money. The Breakfast was modest and will suit the purpose. The front desk guys are responsive and attentive to a reasonable level. In a Nutshell - No Regrets and will recommend my fellow friends.

Review 60：Check in at 9.00pm on 31/03/2014 for the second time .On 01/02014 ask for toothbrush but told toothbrush not provided despite telling I am willing to pay for it. Walk across the road to buy the toothbrush .Meantime the hotel decided to send me a toothbrush.The Hotel saved IR15 but los a customer who spent few thousand rupees at the hotel.

Review 64：We did a reservation through the hotel of a car to go to Madurai. At our arrival we re-confirmed this service, and did so again next day in the morning before departing for our visit to the city but that night, suddenly and at the last minute, the price of our taxi changed from 5000 Rs to 7400 Rs with the most silly excuses I have never heard and with the obvious reality we could do anything else about that to accept what they were offering us as we did not have any other alternative. This was extremelly unprofessional. On the other hand is it not worth you take the superior rooms. They are all situated facing the street and with a lot of noise from the traffic

Review 67：The Front Office Manager was probably the worst staff I've seen in my experience. Mr Neil D'Cruz is a person without integrity and ethics where he claimed there weren't any rooms even after I showed the booking. Once Booking.com intervened we were told room is ready. Then he claimed the rates on the booking were wrong and when Booking.com confronted he puts the blame that he oversaw the type of room and etc. The Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful. He clearly failed to understand that customer pays his salary. I would advise those made the booking would call and be certain the rooms are available for the published rate on website. Terrible experience!!!
