Review 1：Great place to stay..Ready to help staff...excellent breakfast and amazing experience.,we stayed here for 5 days and located in such an ideal place for those who wish to browse both south and North Goa..20 mins drive for mny attractions... Definitely stay here again...

Review 6：We need to ask staff everything for toiletries, slip-ins, so readily everything not provided by hotel. Approach road is not well connected, we need to search the hotel. Staff do not know about Goa, so better not ask them anything related to Goa tourism.

Review 10：1-House keeping staff once came after drinking alcohol and smell a lot. 2-location of the hotel is far (nearly 1.5-2 km) from beach. 3-Room a.c. were having problem and does not function, i need to change my room even after that A.C problem continue. 4- Bathroom are too small. one need to be careful otherwise slips in short passage. 5- Hotel don't provide welcome drink so do not expect warm welcome at the reception. 6-One need to ask for bathroom slippers since hotel dont provide by default as a good service. 7-Even if you put 'Clean my room' card at your door , once you back your room may be not cleaned !!

Review 11：Breakfast has wide variety which left you with no complain. even kitchen staff work very efficiently for service.

Review 12：- A bit pricey: it cost around Rs. 4600 (including all taxes) per room per night for us. Food is also pricey and a bit limited in choices. While we were OK to pay the price for the rooms (because of all the positives mentioned), we felt there were some food choices missing that we would like to have - for instance, a South Indian thali would have been a good item in the menu. - Location: it's not very near to many popular tourist spots. And there is no good economical restaurant nearby. But with a vehicle (hired or own), one can manage. Though the hotel per se is excellent, because of these secondary issues, we actually shifted to a different hotel in Panjim, after a couple of days.

Review 14：Trying to get a taxi at desk is a robbery,candolim to hotel 400rps Hotel to Panjim city they want to charge me 1200rps! No thanks took a bus for 20rps Then when checking out we were waiting under false reason whilst they look if we didnot steel anything from the room. No more this hotel for me. Dogs barking outside all night long.

Reception staff is not educated about theplaces of visit or good arrangement of conveyance.

Review 54：Regrettably the hotel is located far away from good beaches and interesting spots in Goa. Don't be fooled thinking that the place 10 min walk from hotel is a real beach. It is far to get from this hotel to Panjim centre. Daily travelling to beaches can be a torture. The biggest minus is neighborhood area. Every evening people living around burn rubbish, plastic items outdoor, making the air totally polluted, although hotel AC keeps it well contained. The smog is very annoying. Burning trash is unfortunatelly a common practice in central and northern Goa. It is a shame on the local government who dont want to help people to have a proper rubbish collection system. Southern Goa is far better place for holidays.

Review 55：Fairly good standard of the hotel, comfortable bed and spacious room. Good place for regeneration after spending a day in terribly polluted Goa. The stuff were also helpfull.

Review 64：We didn't at all stay reasons 1.the staff cancelled our booking inspire my sending mail of flt details, the flt got delayed they didn't bother to verify it but booked us on alternate hotel with Carlson group. Next day what they promised never was fulfilled. Again we shifted back to Carlson group. A very bad experience?

Review 65：Terrible location. Even a Panjim based taxi driver could not locate itin almost half an hour of driving in the general area listed. The numberlisted on Booking.com was not being picked up by anyone for that half-hour when called for directions. Upon finally arriving at the check-in,they said that the number listed does not belong to them. WiFi waslisted as free in all places. No WiFi was offered and after a protest, a2 hour pass was given with one of the slowest speed. 80% of thebreakfast was over well before 10am and only upon specific complaint,they went about refilling 1-2 items. Staff, while friendly, are veryinexperienced.
