Review 1：There was a very slight musty smell in the bathroom, however, this was not more than I have often found in hotels etc. In fact, it did not have any negative effect on my stay.
Review 2：I liked the location it was very close to the center of town and still on a quiet road. There was a shop next door. The host was very friendly and still was not intrusive at all.The breakfast was good and the bed was comfortable.Parking was no problem. This B and B is great value for money and I would return.

Review 8：Kay is the best landlady ever. Nothing was too much trouble and she even offered to do washing for us. Basic comfort but great value for money and a prime location.

Review 12：Nothing was too much trouble for Kay. Very comfortable room and tasty breakfast. Convenient to town centre and easy access to N25. We stayed for the Dungarvan Tradfest this June Bankholiday but Kay also recommended little day trips to Ardmore and Lismore and Clonea beach is nearby also.
Review 13：No bad experience, but driving on my own, with no gps, I didn't realise how big Dungarvan is. Instructions even going again, I would appreciate. One man said, there are two Dungarvan's now, when I asked him the way.
