Review 1：That we had to leave after 6 days.

Review 2：Central location in Coimbatore. Clean, bright rooms. Very helpful staff both when checking in and leaving, swift handling of bills, and any extraordinary request such as the need for a taxi. Good breakfast buffet.

Review 3：Room service could possibly check when the plates could be possibly cleared after food is being served without guest reminding them to have this cleared All other things were okay

Review 6：Very friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast has a good variety of food with good quality. The buffet lunch and dinner is really nice too. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Free wifi worked well.

Review 10：The beds, though very clean and modern, are too hard. The Wifi only worked when we were sitting in the reception area, neither in our rooms nor in the restaurant.

Review 11：Fantastic food in the roof top restaurant. Excellent service throughout. Nice and friendly staff helping with practicalities. Nice rooms. We would definitely recommend it to anyone staying overnight in Coimbatore. Located in a nice area.

Review 57：being a teetotaler and accompanied by kids it was horrible to see alcohol being served in roof top restaurant , Heritage must consider creating space for family , so that we can stay away from the smell and drunk people.

The Manager took a lot of effort to make me feel at home, offering a complementary beer on the roof top restaurant and generally making me feel very welcome. Room service was great - very responsive and helpful people!
