Review 1：No lift in the guesthouse section so very difficult if you have heavy bags. Buffet dinner with half board was pretty poor.

Review 7：No wifi was available in the guesthose only in the restuarant. No tab for the towel in the bathroom. The vent hood was working too long after we finished the bath and swithed the light. It was loud.No possibility to hang the bath robes and the towels in the wellness section so people have to put them in the deckchair.

Review 8：We spent 3 nights in the guesthouse. The room was very comfortable. The wellness department is wonderful and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. The food (breakfast and dinner) was good. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing weekend.

Review 12：Zenit Hotel is a wonderful Hotel at Balaton. There are many available free parking spaces for cars. Meals and drinks are very delicious and rich. The view from the terrace was spectacular. Rooms are clears and nice with large TV. We have to go back again, is it sure!

Review 15：Air conditioning in the room was pretty poor, it worked, but not too well. The hotel is fairly isolated with little else to see or do in the area, and a steep walk back from the main road. A car is needed. We may have been unlucky due to the time of year or weather, but the bar area was plagued by mosquitoes in the evening. This was a pity, as it was a nice area to sit outside and look over the lake.

Review 16：Lots of spa facilities in a modern hotel setting. Lovely views over the lake from the bar and dining area. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Food was of a good standard, but with a fairly limited buffet on half-board. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Review 17：Unless you're German the staff don't want to know, as we found to our cost when we tried to arrange to have laundry done. It seemed they could speak English perfectly well when someone checked out but getting laundry done was a real mission, needing us having to speak to the hotel manager to accomplish it! The bedding also felt damp, as did our clothes, which we think is a result of a plastic partition between the bedroom and the shower. The buffet was only adequate in quality and variety but certainly not great.

Review 18：Our lovely waiter in the evenings, who was charming and also spoke good English. We left him a healthy tip! Our invitation by the sommelier to see the restored wine cellar which was impressive. Otherwise our stay was ruined by the way in which we were dealt with when trying to get laundry done. One would think this was basic but it seemed almost as if the receptionists on duty were going to have to go away and do it themselves, they prevaricated so much, pretending not to understand what we wanted.

Review 35：Personnel did not speak English well, that is big disadvantage mainly for receptionist. Breakfasts were same all the time. Quite high prices of beverages. Once ordering beverages at dinner, waiter just asked for room number, there were no verification. After departing the hotel, I figured out that we were charged for beverages we never consumed. I did not have a hope for refund, but still sent email to hotel, to at least give them an opportunity for improvement. They did not even bother to respond.

Review 36：We were finally accommodated in Zenith Hotel Balaton (****) part of hotel (for Vendeghaz price), so my comments here are only regarding that. Very comfortable bed. Good timing of breakfast as well as dinner. Good quality of the food. Nice quite place.
