Review 1：We got free upgrade to 2-bedroom apartment. We had truly great stay - nice and new apartment, really well equipped. Swimming pool in next building was great for kids. On top, we had private pool as we were the only group there. I guess we enjoyed fully all possible off-season benefits :)

Review 2：It was not real clear how to check in. We did figure out after a bit of time that we were to check in next door at the conference center.

Review 4：One reception for all buildings. Firstly, Wi-Fi for my room was turned-off. Secondly, I couldn't find TV remote controls. Handy-man from reception solved it after request.

Review 6：Well, it is 35-40 minutes on feet from downtown and railway station, but that is ok. The most annoying thing was a bunch of spiders, which occupied one of balconies. Consider that.

Review 7：This hotel features excellent interior, very well-furnished kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. As far as it is located close to Balaton lake embankment, one may enjoy a peaceful walk along the shores of this lake.

Review 8：1) The internet is very bad almost abscent for all period, it connected only in the first day and for 2 hours. 2) The tiles of the floor is not clean and sticky. 3) Hot water is not available in the first day and they repair it in the next day. Bath room towles not clean 4) TV English channels are not available in the first two days with bad signals and only seen in the last day

Review 10：The shower was appalling in almost everyday. Hot water was hot or miss too hot or too cold. The fixture was broken so you has to hold it. The water pressure was non existent. I stayed in hostels with better showers than this. The staff offered us some sparkling wine to apologise however this didn't really do anything for the problem at hand.

Review 11：Was a good location in relation to the lake but was a bit of a walk to Siofok centre. Could see the lake from the room. The car park was very secure which was useful as we had traveled their on motorcycles.

Review 12：Very far from center, absolutely nothing around not even a small shop; the windows of the terrace wouldnt open and it was very hot; window in the bedroom opened but no net and full of dead mosquitos and other flies. I told them to clean, but didnt! No facilities, just an apartment, no shampoo!

Review 16：Bad points: We got a room with a lovely car park view. Disappointing. Breakfast is very poor. Cold sausage, not much choice, veeery disappointing. Room cleanliness is soo bad, dead bugs everywhere, it looked like it hadn`t been cleaned before we arrived. Wifi is chatastrofically slow, unusable, i just wanted to upload a photo on facebook, i couldn`t. its not much to ask I think. Value for money? No! I liked the property so much, well built, but everything else is dissapponting, not worth that much! Photos on website doesnt show the truth!!

Review 22：Myself and 3 friends booked a 1 bedroom apartment for 4 nights. It costover €800 which was nearly 3 times the price of other hotels in the areawe had stayed in prior (which were just as nice) but this said luxury sowe decided to treat ourselves. Their website stated all rooms hadbalconys and free wifi. They gave us a ground floor room..no balcony orwifi. I explained to the receptionist that we had requested a higherlevel room when booking with balcony as I am a smoker. The receptionistwas very rude but reluctantly gave us a room on the second floor. Therewere cleaners in the room and they kept shouting at us in a foreignlanguage and ran us down to reception. I asked to speak to the managerbut was refused. Eventually they rang the manager. I explained how badlythe staff treated us and how uncomfortable we were. I asked him for arefund. After talking to the receptionist and the cleaner he told methat he had to choose who to believe, me or his staff, then just said"your not getting your money back so you can stay or not" andhung up the phone. We were upset over the whole incident and it ruinedour holiday. Lovely view...into the apartments across from us (not infront of lake as advertised). 40 min walk to the town. Place was dirty.Beds uncomfortable. Do not stay here!

Review 23：Some of the basics were missing from the apartment. Things like cups and glasses. there were four of us, but only 3 mugs were provided. We got more when we asked, but it seemed a bit strange. Some things which I thought I had booked did not turn out as expected e.g. the "lake view" was quite restricted and it said that toiletries would be provided but all we got was soap!

Review 24：The location was good. I liked the car parking and security aspects. The lake was great - a really nice atmosphere about the place. The cleanliness of the apartment was very good.

Review 33：Breakfast - no way! Flies all over the food, poor. Apt floor was still wet when arrived, water in the bathroom covered with a water layer. Take your own towels, the one they provide can be used for your hands only. Panorama only on the sides, you face another building, but still nice, can see the water, sunset.

Review 35：The cleaning crew was rude. Check out time was 10am. They came into our apartment at 9:30 telling us that check out is at 10:00am. The location was far from downtown but 100 meters from the beach. Lots of broken items-- sofa bed, window shutter. Kitchen incomplete. No utensils for cooking. I had to buy from Tesco because I thought kitchen would be fully equipped. Apartment seemed much larger on the photos, but not as large when you're there.

Review 37：The staff placed us initially in a room that had not been cleaned, and in the new room, the floor was very sticky. A few things were broken such as a leaky shower and a window shade on a very large window that did not operate and was stuck closed. There was no cleaning service daily - only trash emptied. This was unexpected considering the high cost of the room. The room did not have any shelves or drawers for clothing storage - only hangers - inconvenient as we needed to keep clothing in our suitcases. When we arrived in the evening, the staff did not speak English. This made it very difficult to communicate. The hotel has potential but needs better management and more experience to understand the hospitality industry.

Review 39：Missing washing machine and night shutter was stuck in one bedroom and there was no way out to the balcony from the room. Although we notified the staff, but according to them it would require lengthy repair exceeding our stay, so we had to accept this incinvenience.

In a city in which (at least so it seems) only a handful of people understand English, a young receptionist was more than ready to answer our numerous questions, including providing us with “Google maps” assisted information on how to find an emergency doctor for our child.
