Review 1：1. Room service was pricey, as is to be expected. 2. Our room did not have a bathtub which was kinda odd, but maybe I should have asked for it upfront.

Review 9：I booked a double bed room for myself n wife online n gave my name n address. In the guest column I filled my wife name. When I checked into the hotel the reception took my personal I.D.details, business card. Buy when I checked out, I was told to pay extra for myself as a guest. They said that the room is booked i my wifes name only, n I have to pay 50% more. This was really wrong on the part of the hotel to treat a couple separately. They should hv informed me prior to checking n not asked for my ID details if I am a guest.

Review 25：The overall stay of 3 nights and 4 days was fantastic.Loved your breakfast buffet as well as the Dinner buffet in Pavillion. The swimming pool and the ambience of the Afghan Grill was excellent . Bikes n Barrels was a bit too noisy ...which is as it should be!!! Room service and housekeeping and the staff at reception desk were excellent. Will definitely come again

Review 31：Wonderful ambiance, ever smiling staff, good food, elegant restaurants and value for money. A good place to rest and enjoy vacation.

Review 32：The towels could be lot whiter. Though they have been washed they still look yellowish. I was put off by appearance of the cold towel they gave me at the reception when I was checking in. I was given the option to upgrade to club room at nominal cost and I decided to use their happy hours at the bar. Unfortunately they have a very poor selection of Indian made liquor. I did not use the club room and ordered better quality Indian Liquor from the room. Management should revisit the choice of Indian liquor offered for Happy hours. Free wifi but was really crawling.

Review 33：Nice spacious room, comfortable bed, huge bathroom, nice water pressure. Room service quick and the staff were very cordial. Breakfast at Club room was good. Nice spread of continental and south Indian varieties with a lot of Non Veg choices as well. Not sure if this is the case for the common buffet served in the main restaurant. Would definitely stay again but the management needs to pull up their socks.

Review 34：They use white cloth furniture in the rooms which they fail to maintain clean, my room had ugly stains on the furniture (like soda marks) It gives you the impression of a dirty room. Photos for Club room are NOT the same as advertised. Turns out all rooms are the same size. Check out was very chaotic. I needed to split some bills but they said they could not do that for me.......no flexibility and some of the room services bills were staple against the final bill and some were not. I did not understand the logic behind this.

Review 35：7th Floor (Club or Business floor) has been renovated, looks pretty good. Spa facilities are also renovated and they did an awesome job. Food was good as well.

The rooms are all recently refurbished to such a high standard that they can compete equally with the likes of Vivanti By Taj. Excellent location within easy reach of Tiripur ..

The recently refurbished rooms i would imagine match those of Newcomers to Coimbatore such as Meridian and Taj. But in the Residency you find modern facilies backed by old world charm and excellent customer service. Nothing os too much trouble for the staff. Top quality and excellent value.

After this extra bed it became very small... The restaurant looks good but the staffs should be taught how to speak with the customers....

It took them time to get our rooms ready but they gave us a Smoking room which had a foul smell but they changed it as soon as they could. Later the stay was magnificent.

They helped us in every possible way they could to make our stay pleasant, Specially the lobby boy Nizar. The food at Afghan Grill was Delicious. The Complimentary Breakfast given also taste good. We had to travel to Ooty for 2 days we left our luggage in the Hotel luggage room also the Laundry & requested to collect on our arrival back & Hotel took care of all our needs.

Review 65：I liked everything about this place. The staff were very courteous. The hotel lobby was impressive and super clean. We got upgraded to the newer rooms on the top floor and everything was shiny and spic and span. Don't know the quality of the older rooms. Breakfast was also very good. We would stay here again and would certainly recommend to our friends and family.
