Review 1：Noisy group of young men in the pool on Saturday shouting and diving and splashing meant we did not use facility.

Review 3：We went to the temple at 7am to do special rites for my departed husband. We came back and 10am and there were only a handful of people having breakfast. We were not served anything and that too after asking for coffee. The lady in charge seemed unfriendly and unaccomodating. Disappointing.

Review 7：The friendliness of all the staff (from reception to swimming pool attendant), superb, clean rooms, a wonderful place to relax in comfort, and a great breakfast to start the day.

Review 8：Our room smelt very musty when we checked in. Later in our stay we realised whenever you had a shower, water seeped through the bathroom wall into the main room, making the tiled floor quite wet to the touch. The main room and bathroom never dried out and all our things felt damp. This was clearly not a new problem, and should have been corrected before allocating the room.

Review 9：The food was quite good. The wifi was quite good. Location was convenient. But our impression was poor overall because of the drainage problem.

Staff causing confusion over room type & booking and Car/taxi hire, they told us at front desk that there was a rental rate and inclusive 250km usage, when we paid we were charged extra 9rs per km - costing us double! 2000rs for one journey & 3700rs for another - If we had have known this we would have made alternative arrangements. We spoke to the management about it and they said they had told us... we have no reason to lie - they blatantly did not explain these charges.

Review 13：I liked the service. The staff working in this hotel are spectacular. Right from Muru who greets you as you arrive, to the front desk of Priya who was very helpful to Nisha. Everyone at the restaurants were great as well. The biryani at this hotel is sublime. Breakfast can improve on its variety but it's good.

Review 14：The slight elevation at the entrance can be very dangerous. People tend to trip and fall. Such falls csn even be fatal. Need to rectify. Was told people have tripped.

Review 21：The rooms are clean, modern, highly functional, and are decorated in a stylish but simple way. The staff are very efficient and friendly and the whole hotel has a welcoming feel about it. Considering the price of rooms here, I'm not sure that you could find a better hotel to stay in, and even the breakfast was good with a varied choice. I also dined in the restaurant and found the food to be of a high standard, even if service was at times a little slow (my only minor criticism).

Review 25：It was a surprised this hotel was so good as we had gone through for lunch at the one in Thanjavur which is pretty rundown (although lunch acceptable). We took a suite which was ample, well mantained and every worked very well. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.
