Review 1：Location is not so happening at night, but should be good for those who preferred relax and calm night to sleep!

Review 2：All staffs here are helpful and friendly. Driver Satish pick up us at Airport on time and help us while planning our trip; Receptionist is efficient during our late check in and provide information to our questions; Restaurant Manager Savio very kind and provide good recommendations on foods; Restaurant Staff provide good services; Kitchen Staff who preparing yummy delicious food; Housekeeping Staff who keep our room clean and tidy. Superb like the breakfast - bacon and foods prepared by the hotel restaurant, price is reasonable too. Enjoy walking to Dona Paula Jetty for morning view, sunset should be very beautiful too. We will definitely come back next time :)

Review 5：It was one of the best hotel from our trip in India. The staff was really helpful and kind, especially the manger from the restaurant. the room was very big and very clean.

Review 8：I stayed in Hawaii comfort for 4 days in which for one complete night Air conditioner was not working. I had informed the reception people but they didn't respond. Next day 11.00am AC was repaired. And hotel people didn't arrange any other room or some other alternative.Also taxi arranged by the hotel were charging extra fare compare to other taxi services in Goa. Wifi was terrible in this hotel.Wifi was very very slow. Overall hotel is good but this hotel doesn't deserve 8.3/10. I can give 5/10 maximum.

Review 13：To our surprise Hawaii Comfort is better then what it looks from the pictures. Good supporting staff, spacious room & bathroom along with good restaurant makes it so much better to stay here. Our best experience with Hawaii was its food. We had a terrible experience with veg food in Panaji but was all compensated by the food served at Hawaii. We being vegetarians were expecting decent food quality in Non-veg dominated Goa and too our experience we will rate food at Hawaii 4 out of 5 as well. Team at the hotel was very cooperative and helpful and adds a nice lasting experience to make your stay pleasant. Overall we were very happy with our stay at Hawaii Comfort and will surely comeback to stay in future.

Poor service response from front desk...had ongoing issues with wonky cable television, numerous brown outs, room service soup with soap cross contamination and a clear soup that had mushrooms...average wait for meals at lunch/dinner over 25 minutes; food over priced in some cases. My wife and I reside in India and there were numerous communication issues in both English and Hindi. A pretty hotel that needs customer service training.

Review 44：Photoshopped, touched up photos on the website (Booking.com must takedown such properties).Poor WiFi connection (only in the lobby) - how much does a router cost these days? Surely lakhs of rupees, or else they could have installed some more near the rooms. Restaurant was open only once - whenever any order for room service was given, staff said cook is not there. Breakfast on the second day was served with a BIG FAT JUICY... wait for it... COCKROACH! The staff at the reception could care less about any complaints - seems they were thick skinned and well trained after receiving such complaints, and showed no regret or apologies. They even dared to say "THE GUEST IS GOING MAD" right in front of me and other guests after complaining. They had the cheek and nerve, to charge Rs. 4000 for one extra night which is 4 times the rate on Booking.com, citing that the hotel is full. In JULY, the off season when it's raining cats and dogs - what are you smoking, dudes and dudettes? Must be some real good stuff right there. Do yourself and your family and friends a big favour by avoiding this at all costs, most of their reviews are PAID ones and from fake accounts. There are much better properties in Goa, which sadly have lower reviews. It's quite obvious that this property has jacked up their ratings by fake bookings (since they don't charge your card online).

Review 45：Absolutely nothing! Maybe the location, it's just 2 mins to the DonaPaula jetty. Saving grace of this pathetic piece of trash daring to callitself a hotel.

Review 54：The hotel ambiance and cleanliness. We booked a luxury room and were a bit disappointed that we did not have a sofa bed in our room while others were getting it for the same price. On inquiry, they informed us that we need to ask for it but it would be a little more helpful to the tourists if they had this piece of information listed in their website. On the other hand, we didn't really need that sofa bed. We just felt a little disappointed is all. Other then that, the stay was excellent and Robin deserves a special congratulations on a job well done. He should be in a better position. Breakfast choices were pretty much dynamic, but delicious. Could have better house keeping services. They wouldn't clean unless we ask. Wouldn't even knock on door and ask unless we call for them. Only once in our 11 days stay did they ask if we wanted the room cleaned. The manager didn't even try to talk to us personally and ask if we had any problems although we didn't. Indicated either great confidence or terrible socializing skills. I wanna buy the girl in reception a cheese cake. She is just lovely and they way she answers your questions and queries are just so humble and sweet. She would go far in life. Food was okay although portions could be larger. Comfy bed and linens. Good view from balcony.

Review 56：My wife and I had five awesome nights there and it was truly amazing. The room was so spacious with comftable bed and sofa. It even had a balcony with the palm trees view. Pick up and drop to the airport were smooth & drivers were friendly. Their receptionists Anurada & Richard were very helpful. We even booked thru them a north & south goa tour in 2 separate days were we got to arrange it with our personal choices and we had few of the best days of our lives. Our driver in these tours was one of the highlights, he was in an old age but was so lively & kickin'. He was a wealth of knowledge & knew everything in goa. He went the extra mile by making us feel happy & being so patient in making us enjoy the tours in its best. We would love to see this friend of ours again & we'll definitely book in Hawaii Comforts when we come back.

Review 57：I did not like having wifi only in common areas, it limits us a lot. I prefer to have rooms with wifi connected. Hotel doesnot have a good Sea-view or the city view. It is quite difficult to reach roads to get either the taxi,auto or any public transport

Review 75：The hotel in general. The reception was always attentive and helpful. The rent of the bike was a fantastic idea which helped us to move easily around the área.

Review 76：As per my understanding, the hotel building was initially designed as a house and later they have smartly converted it into a hotel. The biggest problem is despite being near to Beach they don't have any great beach view and access road to the hotel is really in bad condition which can be dangerous specially in rainy seasons.

Also, we requested for late checkout as we came back at 1000 hours from the casino. the place didn't look sold out for sure but they just didn't want to acknowledge the request.. So we finally checked in to alila diwa and that was a great experience.. Glad they made us check out early as we got to spend more time in a hotel that was definitely worth it.. And yes, most hotels are not so stuck up about a late checkout in a non season time!!!

Hot shower, AC, fan, fridge, TV, nice view on palms and sea (if room location on sea side of the hotel), balcony with table and chairs, free water in room every day, no power cuts (generator). Super tasty food in hotel restaurant. Also breakfast. Try Palak Paneer and Hot and Sour soup. these were the best we had in Goa! Though the reastaurant is not selling beer or other alcoholic bevereges. But the staff is very helpful and organized everything what you need or wish. WiFi is only in the hotel lobby and restaurant and rooms above them. But it worked all the time we stayed there. Closest beach to swim is Miramar (~2km). Rent a scooter and explore Panjim and Old Goa. We where very lucky to have hotel taxi driver Franco to drive us to Palolem. Safe ride and the best reccomendations on accomodation place in Palolem! The road to the hotel is under cinstruction but its not a problem to walk 50m. Taxis drive to the hotel entrance. You can rent 2 or 4 wheelers at the reception.

Review 91：We had an EPIC stay: The staff is so friendly, the food (breakfast & dinner) is great! The location is perfect - walking distance from bus stop that will bring you to Panjim. They have taxi rental service, the beach and Lovers Point are with in walking distance and you can crash at a resort close by for 200 rupees and use their pool and private beach! We will book again very soon!!! :)

Review 98：This hotel can be VERY NOISY especially if your in the room above the kitchen like I was, you can hear them preparing breakfast very early. Breakfast was quite tasty though the range was small and very carbohydrate heavy! Also they did not bother to offer me tea or coffee or tell me that they has fresh eggs made to order, which I only noticed a few days later on a small sign. I ordered a taxi using the hotel and it arrived 45 minutes late so perhaps book your own.

Review 99：When I arrived at the hotel the staff where very friendly and carried all my luggage to my room and showed me all the facilities. Although I didnt sleep very well due to noise on the first night they moved me to a quieter room on the other side the next day which was great. The breakfast, though not greatly varied was quite tasty. The bed was quite comfortable and they provide water and nice ayurvedic toiletries! Room service was very bog portions and tasted great.

Review 102：The room was stinking a bit with cigarette smoke, although some sort of room freshener was used. The wifi was available only in the reception area and noting the room. The breakfast was really poor and the same everyday.

I've rated the location poor since there's not much to see nearby (on foot) , even though there are quite a few star hotels in the area. However, the hotel has decent tour packages and will hire a car on short notice. Room had a nice little balcony. overall very decent stay for the price.

Review 123：Everything about Hawaii Comforts is really comforting! The appearance of the hotel is deceptive, but once you enter the front door, the whole experience is no less than that of a Luxury hotel. Right from check-in, you are treated with such care that you get spoilt! The staff in all depts. that I had interacted, are extremely good and efficient and make you feel at home. The rooms are so neat and clean with fresh linen on the bed, fresh towels in the bathroom, excellent toiletries; in short everything was so good. The food was something which was so tasty.( I didn't expect it to be so, all the more because we are vegetarians). Most of our food was in the hotel only; so tasty was the food. A special word for Ms. Anuradha, in the front office. Such a wonderful person, who helped us see around Goa. Her planning and help in arranging transport for the trips deserves all praise. She made our stay in Hawaii Comforts a memorable one. The other staff like Rajiv and others in the reception and in the dining and other depts. also worked to make our stay a very pleasant one. On the whole, Hawaii Comforts is the place to stay for getting affordable luxury!

Review 127：Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. Big rooms and with nice bathrooms. Quiet area. Nice view. Beach very close. Possibility to rent 2- and 4-wheelers. It was very nice stay and I definetly recommand that hotel.

Review 128：I stayed here for work because it was the most convenient possible location for me. It is a very no-frills place with a lot of hipster appeal . Also as other reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is not great, and it does not get noisy at night. That said, the room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.
