Review 1：Poor continental cuisine...drinks had dirt in it..service was slow..staff not well trained to handle customer queries..

Review 2：Basic facilities like gym were not functioning...the restaurent is not up to the mark..breakfast was good but dinner n drinks service were not up to the mark

Review 3：We had bad experience after eating last meal on the day before we check out. My whole family had stomach upset. Two of us were in bad condition, vomiting and diarrhoea. The doctor we consulted advised us to reschedule the flight as he diagnosed as food poisoning. In future we hope to have a better stay as health is essential factor to everyone.

Review 4：One of your staff sincerely helped us during the time of turbulence. He accompanied us to the clinic. He showed a good attitude towards the guest welfare. Sorry that we did not take note of the name who helped us. We thank him from the bottom of our heart. We also enjoyed the ambience.

Review 101：The problem : The hotel lasts 7 km. from Trichy City and You need the transport. The taxi service of the hotel quite expensive and the alternative is the fight with the tuk-tuk stationing near the hotel.Better spent 15min of walking and bargain the transfer with the railway station tuk-tuk. For the long distance transfer better contact an external travel agency before.

Occasional power failure and black out although the generator kicks in, there are was no noice polution. I found it difficult to make callshome (international calls) from the room and the staf did not know to make international calls.

Since it is not located in the city, there is no trafic noice and no trouble getting there from the airport. The staffs are also very helpful and the ambience is relaxing. The laundry service is very affordable and reliable. The city is also nearby for people who want to around the main city. The restaurant at the gorund floor offers tourist and visitors variety of non-veg meals. The restaurants are clean. I would definately stay in this hotel if i return to Tirichy.
