Review 1：Wifi, location is good but not too central, although there is a bus station 50 mts. away so only a problem if you expect to do a lot of walking

Review 3：Good Breakfast, clean and comfortable room and bed. Very helpful staff, helped me set up a late transfer to the Hotel, for my daughter and a friend on arrival at Budapest Airport, and an early transfer to depart a few days later.

Review 4：Good value for money, nice location if traveling by car, solid breakfast, nice pool. Private garage is advantage (extra charged). Staff is polite, wifi in rooms is qood quality.

Review 7：A pity that the nice room had a couple of basic things missing. It had a wonderful water cooker but no tea or coffee facilities (so simple to make guests happy). It also did not have hand soap in the bathrooom.

Review 9：Breakfast buffet had very little choice. I would recommend more fresh fruit and fresh juice. The advert online clearly said "room service" but when we got there and asked for the menu they told us they had no such thing. They mentioned that occasionally dishes from the restaurant could be served in the room but never for breakfast.

Review 10：I loved the spa and the pool even though it was only open until 8pm. The area is a very nice neighboorhood close to Kelleti Station. I had a massage with Zsoltan and I really enjoyed it!

Review 16：It is the second time I stay in this hotel. I chose it because it's near to the railway Keleti and also to the business office I was going. Nice and practical room.The receptionist was very kind and allowed us to use the spa for almost 2 hours, till we had to leave for the train, even though we have already left the room in the morning and kept only the luggage at the hotel. It was a pleasant experience. I shall stay again in this hotel next time I come to Budapest.

Review 17：We went for dinner one night and were told to come back an hour later because it was too busy. Ok, no problem. But, when we came back one hour later, we were told that the kitchen was already closed so, no dinner for us. Basically a "sorry", make your own way ... when it was already too late to find a place for dinner in town. So, it was not the end of the world, we ended up in a kebab, but the experience could have been better.

Review 18：The pool and spa were nice. Quite a lot of choice for breakfast. It was also cool that we could use the hotel umbrellas all day for free during the rainy days.

The apartment is just at the best spot in the city: 10 mins walk from the seaside which is not too far if you gotta come back hammered after a party, but far enough not to hear the disturbing downtown life if you just want sleep like a log.

Review 22：The room had a good size with a large desk and a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was nice also (not dated). The location was also good close to the park where you had many restaurants to choose from. The price was good so for us it was a good value.

Review 26：The location and ambience of the hotel was fantastic for me and my wife. Staffs at the hotel desk were very friendly and helpful particularly showing us directions on map when going sight seeing, we must particularly mention a gentlman named Tom at the hotel desk,he was a great guy. We equally enjoyed the buffet styled breakfast,although the hotel need to include more varieties of foods. Altogether we enjoyed our stay.

Servis on very low level, no help at the reception: "we know the internet is not working but the hotel is full so what we can do???"... the same situation was at the restaurant where, because of the full hotel, I waited just over 30mins just to get a menu. I will never come back again

Review 45：Quiet place and wonderful spa area with big swimming pool, jacuzzi and two saunas. Very tasty breakfast. 10 minutes walk from a big park Varosliget, lake, Fine art museum, cirkus, ZOO and botanical garden. Also there is the amusement park the Holnemovort Park (former Vidampark). However it rained the 2 whole days we had a great time with them!

Review 72：Heating was not functioning in the room, so I asked them kindly to see what is wrong, and when I came back in the evening and asked if it was repaired, and the same lady told me that she "guess someone was there because maintenance guy said to her that he will go and see what is wrong "? She did not check and did not particularly care about it. And of course, heating was still out of function. Breakfast: we could not sit were we wanted , but where they told us to , so not to have more tables to clean(?) I suppose. The reason why - she said we are late - it was 9.25 , and breakfast is served till 10 .00 AM. I really think you should work on those things for the category of the hotel you want to be in.

Review 73：the spa ia good but small in a way that 10 people can fill it up. the bar closes at 23h00 I've arriced to the hotel after a nice dinner with my girlfriend and it was 23h05 in theghotel watch.asked for couple of drinks, they didn't gave although all the staff was still present and in the presence of the manager of the bar they couldn't find a solution.

Review 74：It's relatively near to the city center, has a various public transports to link. the staff was very flexible ans helpfull. Made a mistake with my booking and they hace change the date without any extra charge.
