Review 1：The cab tarrif policies should reflect in writing somewhere(brochures or other printed text materials should be given to the customers , so that they should not feel cheated because verbal commitments /promises never bring positive results in any good business, simply.

Review 11：The hotel room had a peculiar smell that initially felt like it was a smoking room but within 24 hours, we got used to it. Perhaps a clear cut smoking and non smoking rooms allocated on separate floors would work out in today's day and age where people are SMOKE conscious. Just for the sake of making it better, the bathrooms could do with a little upgrading.

Review 12：Courtesy from all staff was very pleasing and the cleanliness was what really made our stay comfortable. Free WiFi is something we always look for - which we got here ... and the breakfast & dinner spreads were excellent. Good variety and very good food and service.
