Review 1：No wifi in the annexes, no phone to call reception, far from the restaurant, you need a car if you stay there as the place is rather isolatted from the main part of the hotel and restaurant and any other place you want to go in ipsos. Under no circumstances go there without a car or other way of transporation(bike, etc). Breakfast and dinner were almost the same in the 7 days we stayed there but the food was edible.

Review 3：Not much. Rooms perhaps don't have best sound proofing if you have a bunch of teenagers next to you. But been to much worse places!

Review 4：A real gem of a find. Travelling around Corfu and wanted to stay in town for a couple of days. Found this place for a super low price and the amazed to find that included not only breakfast but also buffet dinner. And to be honest, while breakfast wasn't great the dinner was really actually quite ok - and amazing when you consider it was included. I mean in all honesty we paid less per night than you would reasonably pay for dinner for two at any of the touristy restaurants on the strip. Location is great, close to beach (albeit a little bit of a drag up the hill on a hot day). Right in the middle of the main strip. Rooms are basic as you expect, but nice enough with a balcony and a sea view in our case. Staff were super friendly. Overall a really nice little place.

Review 5：Booked the Annexe not realising how far it is from the main hotel, definately a lot more than the 400 metres the website claims- this needs addressing. We were given a room in the main part of the hotel after 3 days

Review 11：-We were four and stayed in 2 rooms. On the second day none of the 2 rooms were cleaned and made up. We enquired about it, and were simply told that maybe the cleaning staff had too much to do. We asked for the rooms to be made up in the afternoon, but on our return, late in the evening, they hadn't been cleaned. No apologies were offered, nor refund of any kind. -Our toilet seat was broken and kept falling off. -There was human hair in bedroom and bathroom -The 2 beds in our bedroom were different in size and type and we couldn't join them. -TV is barbie size -Hotel isn't quiet as there's a lot of noise coming from the clubs on the beach. -One of the barman, who also serves breakfast in the morning, was incredibly rude to us, absolutely unprofessional, lying to our faces about the liquor he was pouring in our cocktails. We caught him cheating. Unbelievable.

Review 32：A VERY loud hotel. You can hear every single step, voice, door shut, etc. It is impossible to have a restful and peaceful stay in the hotel, unless you can sleep despite the noise. In addition, we had a very non-respectful neighbours next door, who behaved like there were the only guest in the hotel, so we couldn't sleep because of them (I spoke with other guests and we weren't the only ones who had sleepless night because of them). I informed the staff, but they didn't deal with it.

Review 37：The hotel was nice in a good location in Ypsos. Rooms were small, butclean and kept clean daily and this room size is expected at this pricerange. Staff was very helpful and the "built in"environmentally friendly alarm clocks were hilarious!As to the complaints of others about the air-conditioning being extra and the live stock making noises in the morning - you get what you pay for. Should you have not been too cheap to pay five times this price for a hotel room in neighboring Dassia your complaints would have some validity, but all this is disclosed at the booking site or included in reviews. Its part of the charm and to be honest you do not need an air-conditioner despite the 90 degree heat, since its dry heat and not the muggy soup that we have here on the East coast of the US. Keep your doors and windows open and the rooms will cool down nicely by the night. Ultimately this is not a "Vacation spot" anymore (Ypsos is not what it was 15 years ago) but rather a great base from which you go to discover all that this wonderful island has to offer.

Review 39：We asked if the sound of the radio could be lowered every day at theswimmingpool and injured ourselves several times because of thesmall room. You also (have to) pay 5 euro every day for the aircon,which is a stupid thing to not have included. The food offeredduring breakfast/lunch or dinner was bad, tin canned and/orprocessed foods with no taste, so we didn't even bother aftertrying everything once, even while it was included. Staff variesfrom very friendly to oblivious, F.E. laugh because you burnyourself on hot toast. The breakfast area was very hot and theydidn't have ventilators but told us they would buy some and saidthanks for the idea?!
