Review 1：In one word my impression of my stay is disgust. First of all, you are obligated to tell guests when checking in that there are large or loud events planned during their stay so they have a chance to cancel. Second, your staff showed zero care. I called to report loud yelling outside my window and no one called me back or checked in until 24 hours later. Then I was greeted by more screaming of the Duracel employees all night long and their puking in the morning. When trying to enjoy the pool that day random groups of men just hanging around the pool started blowing kisses at me. Again I called to report this and no one did anything. No one asked how our stay was when checking out and just wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. I'll be sure to tell everyone of my experience and warn them not to stay in your hotel. I spent extra money on a sea view room that was nowhere close to the beach but just put me closer to all the screaming and harassment.

Review 5：Good personalised service from many Hotel staff members including Chef Chetan who helped organise food for our little kid, (Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner chef special!) Mr.Dutta and Ritesh at the front office who were very kind to help us on various aspects during our stay inlcuding organising the same rooms as we extended our stay, late check out apart helping us with a hotel car to get to a nearby chemist for some medicines. Very helpfull service attitude of these individuals which will make us come back again for sure! Reccomendation already made to the F&B Manager to get a few more baby high chairs at their resturaunts during peak times as we needed to wait sometimes to get one for our kid.

Review 6：It got a bit noisy around dinner time and the billing took over an hour which delayed my check out. Staff needs to get efficient.

Review 8：The room was no value for money , for 14,500₹ Per night they could have provided a better & larger room. They charged only for its location. No complimentary things were given even though a premium room was taken & it was our 25th wedding anniversary. The size of the room & toilet were a disaapointment. One can get a suite for that much.

Review 13：The best part of my stay was my room's proximity to the sea. I could hear the waves and practically feel them. The water sports are a must do with the the staff extremely professional and top class equipment. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy with the family.

Had requested to clear the mini bar, which was refused... again no explanation why...

Review 48：we went from UK for 10 nights holiday. it was very noisy, more or less there was a wedding every day. they looked after wedding guest rather than hotel guest like us. we were not allowed to use main dinning hall as it would be reserved for wedding. we were not allowed to use certain area of hotel ground because of weddings. Never again going there. this was our 4th time in hotel.. rooms were cleaned in afternoon, sometimes in evening as they were busy with wedding guests rooms......we were told when complained.

Review 54：So this hotel has recently renovated rooms and very old non modernised rooms. When we got there we were shown an old room, and it was absolutely awful, not even a 3 star, with damp on the walls and absolutely horrendous interior. I complained and in fact was so shocked I wanted to cancel my stay. I was told that I would need to speak to the reservations manager and managed to speak to her (finally three days later) who confirmed I couldn't cancel my stay as it was non refundable. It was absolutely awful service, and it seemed if you have something to complain about in this place you will get NOWHERE and shrugged off by the employees (who are all so stuck up but infact do nothing). We were given a room which was one of the renovated rooms meanwhile, this was better but again I cannot stress that if you are looking for a 5 star or 4 star room this is NOT IT. I would not stay there again if you are looking for luxury or 5 star quality stay/service. While I was there I heard other people at reception complaining about noise from other rooms. This seems to be very popular as I have read further reviews which confirm that noise is a big problem they don't control. Children were running around in the corridors outside my room at 1am. The only good thing about this place is the pool/restaurants. The rooms are poor quality as is the service - you will get constantly shrugged off if you have any problems. I stay at taj hotels normally in india or hyatt, or park plaza and I cannot stress how much better the quality is at those hotels. If you are a couple do not go here!! DO NOT go here at all.

Review 70：There wasn't much going on in terms of activities. We arranged our own by getting a driver and looking up places online. On the 2 days we stayed in the resort we were kind of at a loss for things to do. The casino is tiny and charges around £7 per person to get in. Considering there was nothing else to do at night it should be free, like most casinos around the world. The buffett breakfast is expensive and serves only Indian food, everything has some spice or something added to it. On some mornings there was no a la carte service so if you wanted food you had to buy the overpriced, non-tasty buffet.
