Review 4：after we were traveling all of europe at the best hotels...we arrive to the Mala Garden Hotel which was a huge surprise. Mala Garden was one of the best hotels we stayed...the design ...the team...the atmosphere...the team...especially Kristoff that was so helpful & beautiful Kitti !!! the restaurant with the great food !!!! everything an amazing experiance & unforgettable.

Review 5：Couldn't get the heat to work in the room. It wasn't that cold outside, but the system wouldn't switch over to heat. In all fairness, I didn't tell anyone that i was having a problem.

Review 6：In the restaurant at lunch and dinnertime, the service was a bit slow at times. More than once we had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for our food. Although the breakfasts were generally of a high standard, the scrambled eggs were a bit disappointing, in that they were rather dry.

Review 7：The decor was very stylish and the atmosphere was very warm. The warm feeling was reinforced by the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go that extra mile to make visitors feel welcome. The hotel in general and the rooms in particular were very clean, comfortable and sumptuously furnished. The food was generally very impressive. The breakfasts were extremely generous and prepared to a high standard. Although service was a bit slow at times (see other box), the staff were ready to compensate for that, which was good. Also, the views across the Lake were superb. Sadly, we were unable to make use of the wellness facilities, so I cannot comment on those. But we will be going to this hotel again, absolutely!

Review 9：Came here to celebrate my mum's 50th birthday and I have to say that I couldn't have asked for more. Upon arrival we had a bottle of bubbly (and a coke for my sister) in the room as a present from the hotel. The service in the hotel was brilliant. Smiling and helpful staff everywhere we went. Thai massage was up to the standards and the lady was very nice. Lovely food and spa. My mum felt very special on her special day. Thank you Mala Garden. We will recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Review 11：It is great hotel. I recomend it because of very professionel staff, they are reall example for another hotels. Because of the great room, stylish, clean with oryginal bali's styl. And confortable bed, Large bathroom, stylish, very pleasant to use it. The idea of the style is first class , it atracts castomers. Wonderfull thai massage was also helpfull for the relaxation together with the sauna and the swimming pool, and of course very delicious breakfast, wich was surprised.. It is the best hotel in Balaton. We like it so much, it is super, super, the best..

Thai herbal massage was awesome! Cucumber martinis and Thai soup here are a MUST! Very friendly staff and very willing to help. Excellent wellness center. I give this hotel 5 star rating. It is well above 4 star in my opinion. Great place!!!!

Review 15：We have had such a wonderful time there. Very relaxing, fantastic view and stunning hotel. Staff was very helpful (and handsome!!) Breakfast has a wide variety of choices, fresh vegetables every day. Loved the homemade yogurt! Also on arrival, chocolate was being put on our pillows which was a sweet surprise! Cakes are wonderfully delicious! The design is absolutely stunning and helps you to relax even more. Room was well looked after even though we were a bit messy..(sorry) We have had a great time and definitely go back on the next visit to Hungary.

Review 19：This is an excellent new hotel right on the shore of Lake Balaton and represents good value.The staff are excellent, from insisting on carrying bags to table service. It has an excellent indoor spa and sauna. The Asian influence in the layout architecture is tastefully done. The restaurant is also very good.

Review 20：Most of the food in restaurant is average and was not so tasty, waiters are very slow and even rude (once I tried to complain about service to waiter and asked to call a manager and he told me that his manager is sleeping, and his name is Steven king) but from my experience service is a big problem of most restaurants in Hungary

Review 53：Hotel is located in two buildings - restaurant and some rooms in one and spa and other rooms in another. There is no covered passage between them, which means if you want to go spa from another building, you have to go outside. There is no changing room or lockers in spa.

We had a lovely room with modern decor and comfy beds. The adjoining restaurant offers great selection of food. Everything was spotless. Would definitely like to book again, hopefully staying a bit longer.

Very Feng Sui :) Room is vary cozy, bed is big and comfortable. WI-FI is excellent in every part of hotel. Wellness is great, lake view and since it was off-season it was not crowded. Also, special note is for restaurant, food Asian and International very good!

Review 70：One, if not the best hotel at the lake. If you like quality, this is THE hotel in asian style. Staff is cool, serice is excellent, great food in the restaurant. Spa area is cozy, dont expact grandios, its a small hotel.

Review 71：What I didn't like about the hotel itself: They had massive pillows and really tiny pillows but no standard sized pillows which made sleeping uncomfortable. I think the hotel is a bit too expensive for what it is but then that seemed to be the case for the whole area (Siofok). The staff at the hotel could've been more knowledgeable about activities that can be done in the area, but that said they were very willing to help. However my biggest disappointment was with Siofok itself. If you are thinking of staying at Lake Balaton I strongly recommend going to Balatonfured or Tihany instead (or anywhere on the northern side of the lake) which is far more picturesque and classy. Siofok is a long stretch of highrise hotels which obscure the view of the lake a lot of the time. I must confess I found it very disappointing.

Review 72：The hotel was nice looking, low rise, rooms were clean, showers were excellent. Staff were friendly. If I were forced to stay in Siofok again I would choose this hotel. About the place itself: Sailing on the lake was a highlight for me as was my trip to Tihany and Balatonfured which are absolutely lovely.

Review 77：The hotel is very nice located, right on the beach on a very nice street and not far from city center. Its well designed. Clean, Fresh, Nice music. Everything was simply perfect. Starting from check in where Manager named Kristof made our check inn process a real experience with offered welcome drinks till check out when hotel manager personally wished good luck and safe trip back and offered nice cookies for our long way to airport. Absolutely recommend this place. I hope i will back there soon

The facility is perfectly located, has all the options and possibilities for a luxury holiday. Especially the view of the lake from the rooms + pool ! is breath-taking. There are not really any other great hotels there, so this one is probably the best option if you are after something modern. Interior design is funky. Food was great too.
