Review 3：It is not worth staying in Ginger in Goa. Breakfast quality kike roadside vendor. Who serves bread pakoras and plain parathas as a fixed breakfast menu. Rooms poor hygeine and fowl smell. In my three day stay I could connect to WiFi for not more than 2 minutes. It was my worst experience I would say.

Review 7：The checkin process took forever!! After all was done, they informed us they had charged the card although I believe you give an option to the customer for method of payment. Also, they charge the entire money at checkin which is not how normal budget hotels work too.. We are okay to pay 100% advance also provided you hurry up the process.. Bathrooms could be better maintained

Review 13：bad experience was about pricing..when booked on Booking.com, it showed Rs 2000 / but final deduction happened @ Rs 2150 which i really didnot understand yet.Also , did not got the bill .

Review 14：My booking through Booking.com was not correctly informed to the hotel, even if I separately contacted and reconfirmed to the hotel directly, it took more than 30 minutes for check in process. Further, though I asked hotel to arrange the airport pick up, they cancelled it on the same day without pre information, because of the traffic jam. Anyway their response was quite bad and terrible. Even if I ordered Twin bed through Booking.com, they arranged for us a one king bed room.

If you book a cap from the Hotel, make sure your driver is not the unfriendly, old, deaf man... Internet-connection gets lost all the time. Food and drinks from the Hotel are too expensive for the low quality they offer. Not many choice of things... You can get a much better Hotel for your money, so don't choose the Ginger Hotel...
