Review 1：Towels in the room were dirty and way too much over used. Spa should be open longer than 8 pm (7.30 in reality) as being a wellness hotel...

Review 3：-I personally dislike the furniture of the rooms. These pale-red sofas are so much of the unstylish edge of the '80s. But to be fair the furniture is in good condition and everything was impeccably clean. - The heating panels in the infra sauna have been lowered to the wrong position. It was very annoying. The infra sauna in the Premium part of the hotel is so much better but of course we couldn't use it this time because our room was in the regular part.

Review 4：-Helpful, service oriented staff -New Year's Eve gala dinner with an abundance of delicious food and nice selection of entertainment -Fabulous location (right next to the lake) - Panorama from the spa area - Carpet in the room - Enough towels provided - Clean, comfortable room - The dip pool in the sauna area was cold enough. Review 6：Tasty dinner and breakfast. Great wellness area. Wi-fi worked very well all over the hotel. The hotel lies about 10 minutes walk from the train station and the centre of town.

Review 7：Saunas were too small, people had to stand in line. Jacuzzi is somewhat old and "worn". Overall the wellness facilities could use some investment, but it's far off from ruining your trip!

Review 18：this is the second time bookings messed up the # of people in our family but again the hotwl was more than accomadating! As for the hotel we noticed some broken floor tiles in one of the stairwells that should be fixed.

They had outside children's pool, inside children's pool, outside playground, inside playroom, play area in the restaurant and children's buffet! The spa was very good with many pools of different temperature. Clean room with blackout curtains, nice staff. This was definitely our favorite hotel on our trip.

Review 22：Rather small menu and monotous food, poor language skills of the personnel. Wi-Fi was not wokring in the rooms, only in the lobby and some places near the pool. The rooms in non-premium part of the hotel do not correspond to four stars. Gym is very small.

Review 24：Window in sitting area of superior room cannot be opened. Furniture in room was damaged and worn. I do not like glass doors of bathroom/wc not being soundproof and smellproof (one meter from bed). Safe was not fixed.

Review 44：The gym is a bit smaller and more humble than I expected.

Review 45：Stylish, ample, nicely decorated room (premium junior suite) with fabulous views, no crowd, excellent wellness (panorama saunas, infra sauna was really hot, ice chamber, good staff and everything was working from early morning on full gear did not have to beg for the facilities to be turned on). Lovely garden, direct access to Lake Balaton. Bed and bedding was really comfortable. Decent choice of tasty food and dishes, friendly catering staff. Managed to pick some really good wines from the menu.

Review 46：The outside pool area and the Balaton beach is too small proportionally for the whole hotel complex in seson however you can still "hunt" a sunbed or two. Animation is extremly unprofessional (my review about gym) they had better not even do it it makes the hotel experience rather lower. Beach bar food have a very bad quality and it is expensive at the same time.

Review 47：We stayed at the Premium rooms. Rooms are nice and new the atmosphere is good some of them with a big terrace. The brakfast and the breakfast place for the premium rooms are really good. Theese rooms has free entrance of a separated wellness facility with a lot of saunas. The overall weekend and the experience was nice you can hardly find any hotel at Balaton which have pool and beach and nice rooms and Azur have it all. And you can also walk to the city in 10 mins if you want to go out.

Review 94：Kiságy amit kaptunk tele volt hangyával. A tisztaság nem volt megfelelő: szobában és erkélyen pókhálók, medencénél a napágyak koszosak, étteremben az evőeszközök piszkosak. Személyzet ruhája az étteremben túlhordott, szakadt, olykor korpás. Italok drágák voltak. 1500 Ft /nap parkoló szerintem nem korrekt.

Review 96：They took an extra charge for beverges at diner (no beverge been served so you had to buy ) . furthermore, when we went out to the pool again after an after-noon nap and asked for a new towl thay said that er can get only one towl per day altough we gave back the one from the morning. They didn't mention it anywhere! So unfurtunately we went back to the pool without a towl!!

Review 97：staff has only basic English knowleadge. If You are not German or Russian, You are automatically low cost turist with all "benefits" 5€ for parking per day!

Review 101：The worst aspect of this hotel is the quality of the buffet, that we tasted for the breakfast and the dinner (they force you to choose "half pension"). It is awful, probably the worst where I have ever been. The food was not very good, the variety very low and the fact that you have to pay for every drink in the dinner is not according to my idea of "half pension" regime. This buffet was not according to the "4-star level" that the hotel is showing (barely 3 or 2 stars maybe). The location of the hotel is good, close to the Balaton, but a little bit far from the "bars and pubs area", which is closer to the city centrum. So, depending on the type of stay that you prefer (closer to the party in the city or one more quiet and relaxing environment) you should consider this aspect. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was not the best. For instance, in the balcony there were two spiders "threatening" us during our two-nights stay.

Review 102：The best aspects of this hotel are the big size of the rooms (at least the double room where I stayed) and the giant swimming pool.

Review 103：Wi-fi works in some rooms, where the range is good. Have payed 4€ forthe glass of juice in the restaurant. If you have possibility, choosePremium version of the hotel, as you might use everything from both andwhen you choose regular one, you cannot use Premium one facilities.

Staff e.g. in Bowling Bar not very helpful, staring at us when we wanted to play bowling and have a beer before 10pm, even forcing me to use bowling shoes which were two sizes smaller then I need :) Charged me special fee for parking, it was not the case when I stayed there last year for two weeks. Drinks offered during the dinner are overpriced, when considering the Hungarian prices.

Sothey tried to rip us off. The sauna section was too simple compared to afour-star hotel. Parking is also expensive.

Review 120：Not very clean the hotel. We found hair on the floor. Check-out at 10:00am, not 12:00 as 99% of the hotels. You must pay the parking place.Access to the Balaton lake is almost impossible, although in thepictures seems perfect.

Review 133：I can't understand why this hotel has great ratings. It is the worst hotel i every stayed, no way 4 star mayby 2 star. The room smelled bad, the carpet was dirty and spotted, broken furniture and a lots of mess, everywere in the room. We have a double room with balcony and we stayed there only one night and i'm not coming back, never. I found hair on the sheets. The rooms balcony posing in a guarded yard, like we were in jail. The breakfast seemed varied but in reality it was eggs cooked in several ways, the food didn't have any taste.

Review 135：With two adults and three children, we had to rent two rooms with no internal access to each other. Hotel rooms had only 2 beds per room and did not have portable folding beds as an option to put in room for third child.

Review 136：Great swimming and relaxing place for a family with kids. On the lake beach, outdoor pools, indoor pools and moor. Breakfast was great.

Review 137：- One of the receptionists wasn't helpful at the check-in. We were there before the official check-in time (2pm) and she wouldn't help about checking in earlier than 2pm. Fortunately her colleague solved the situation after a short waiting time. Thank you! ;) - Many trainees work at the hotel, who have got a lot to learn ;). Most of them do their best ;).

Review 138：- Comfortable and clean room. - Beach connection. - Quality of breakfast was good, though not so many varieties. - Ample free parking on the hotel's premises.

Review 139：The sandy beach's length is only 5 meters. There is no free internet in the room. It's strange but despite the fact that the hotel was full of children it was impossible to call the pediatrist because "Siofok is the small town" as receptionist said.
