Review 10：Everything was perfect or almost when we arrived they inform us immediately about the parking and how the facilities of the hotel worked... the receptionist came with us to show the lift and the parking and the relax areas the wide and bright room was perfect from the super confortable bed to the modern shower breakfast food and time are simply amazing

Review 11：Room was noisy with bars/external noise outside. Room was by the lift so we also got woken and disturbed by people returning to rooms and internal noise. Spa wasn't open. Reception didn't have spa info when we checked in. Breakfast was chaotic, only hot food was omelette and a 25 minute queue. Arrived for breakfast and we were allocated table, went to get pastries, came back and found another couple sat there. Staff didn't want to find another table/left us to clear a dirty table and find our own clean cutlery. Breakfast is until 1030 and they started clearing all the food at 1033 - given the delays in getting hot food and sorting a table even 45 mins wasn't long enough for breakfast!

Review 14：- I've been going to Kortrijk a lot in the last 5 years, so know the Park Hotel quite well. It has transformed itself from a pretty passable hotel into a GREAT hotel, thanks to the investment over the last few years. - I particularly like the exceptional staff training which now translates into the best customer service I've experienced for a long time - from the Chamber staff to the Reception, Restaurant and Facilities teams. And I challenge anyone to disagree... - ALL the rooms in our party were beautiful and perfectly maintained: none of the problems that you sometimes experience in other hotels (e.g. perfect e-access, plumbing, heating, ventilation, décor, wiring, carpeting, bed linen, furniture. Also ironing board, mini-safe and minibar as standard...) - Restaurant/bar serves very high quality food/drink.

Review 18：We stayed over for a night on way back from holiday. Great room with two big double beds. Very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. No balcony to sit on after kids went to bed which were a bit restrictive but meant an early night sleep followed by a great breakfast the next morning.

Review 19：Turned away from the restaurant at 21 .05 on Sunday evening, was told it was closed. Was completely ignored on breakfast had to get sugar , milk from another table. Ask for coffee 2 times.

And were really really pleased with what we found: good service, very pleasant hotel with loads of different atmospheres - though located next to the train station in the middle of the city, once you enter into the lobby, you are entering into a new world. Simply great.

Review 25：The fact that there was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom. It looks nice but not practical at all. The food at the Jules Bar was not good, I would suggest trying the Brasserie instead - we did not have lunch or dinner at the Brasserie but judging from the breakfast it is promising.

Review 35：It is not clean... There was an invasion of ants in our room. We were changed rooms and next days we notice there were also more than 50 ants crawling in our room... Apparently reception and staff were well aware of the problem... This means it is not cleaned properly and there is a lack of hygeine....

Review 38：Fantastic new modern rooms with plenty of space and features. Great location to walk to the Grote Market and other historical sites and easy access for car parking.

Review 39：All the rooms in the modern extension had a glass wall looking on to the train & bus station, so everyone had to keep curtains drawn for privacy. No door on the bathroom, which might be trendy but isn't practical. Likewise basin with plug that didn't operate effectively & wobbly tap that sprayed up the wall or run down the tap soaking the surface, was more about style than function.

Review 40：We liked the location, cleanliness, helpful staff, wonderful pool and spa facilities. Good soundproofing in the very spacious room. Lively modern bar, a good place to meet in the evenings.

Review 53：Stayed for the New Year. Had to queue for breakfast with others . Hotel was not prepared for the number of guests having breakfast on New Years Day. The owner/manager stated ` we were very busy.` Your problem I said not mine.People had to wait for certain food items to be refreshed. I asked the owner to compensate me for this particular poor service . I was refused so I ended up paying for something I did not get ! It was far from a relaxed atmosphere that morning, badly managed , very very chaotic. Great start to the New Year ! We were booked in on a New Year Special ....the bar closed at 9pm on New Years Eve . Our room did not have a door to the bathroom .... no privacy in the privy! Make up your own mind on this one. My wife and I won`t be going back.

Review 55：One or two things. When we arrived at spa which had no directions to find e.g. In lift they could have a sign ? We then had to ring for towels....then ring for locker....then the locker was not explained so mucked it up. It's a bit dark. However if I returned everything would be smooth as I know now.

Review 57：the parking arrangements were not ideal - we arrived in pouring rain and it was difficult to park outside hotel to unload our bags - we were very lucky after waiting for awhile to get a single place in the railway station car parking area when someone moved (not ideal) but we were tired after a long drive and didn't want to look for alternatives further away! This required us to keep feeding a meter which was inconvenient.

Review 76：The hotel is very modern and have a great feel. The main restaurant is very expensive but there is another bar/restaurant in the hotel that has burgers etc that are more reasonably priced. Very nice fitness center. Clean and up to date equipment. The breakfast is great as well. I would stay there again...

Review 77：The bathroom extract needs improvement as there was a slight odor (seems to be from a dry drainage trap?) The spa was not opened yet but I guess it was only because we visited when the hotel was still undergoing some refurbishment work. I'm sure it will be amazing.

Ok It was 1 min past the deadline 10h30 (although many hotels serve breakfast until 11am on sundays) but he was very pleased that I could not eat anymore. I was supposed to leave. Not even offered to sit down and pay for a coffee, no he was busy preparing for the lunch service. Such a person should not work in Horeca. Very arrogant.

Review 92：The parking situation is a nightmare with up to a three block walk and un-secure pay parking. The reception staff had sketchy english all shifts, and on check out we had to wait for the kid to end his personal call before he helped us. One lift was out of order and they have no carts for luggage.
