Review 1：No air conditioning in the rooms. The breakfast was not very good. Overall I think the price was a little too much for what they had to offer.

Review 3：We booked in advance 3 rooms in Hotel Napsugár, however when our group arrived and we were about to check in, they told us that they have only one available room and proposed the rest of us to go to another hotel (for the same price and at the same quality). All this without any apology. When we get to the other hotel and tried to take our rooms it turned out that one of them is occupied so we had to wait until 8PM to be able to take it. It turned out that Hotel Napsugár regurarly does overbooking and this time we had to suffer from it. In the end we had a pleasant night in the other hotel and could arrange a lower price due to the inconvenience but still Hotel Napsugár gave us some very bad moments which they never should do with any customer.
