Review 1：Birds drinking from the pool. In hotel it seemed very expensive to organise a driver to south goa. We were quoted £40 one way. From the external tourism centre we booked one for £20 one way

Review 4：A week at The Crown was excellent and memorable. The GM - Mr Bobby and his staff were amazing hosts, always around and trying to make the stay even more comfortable. The food was delicious and value for money. In fact eating in the hotel was better and more economical than eating out. Very large size rooms, unlike regular hotels, added to the comfort. Housekeeping and room service were prompt.

Review 6：The rooms were spacious and clean. The gym had machines for every part of the body so you felt you had a good workout. Staff was very polite and so helpful and it was close to my family

Review 7：What disappointed me the the most was their irrational attitude. I think it was lack of training of the junior staff sitting at the front desk. I could name him here but it would be too harsh a punishment for the crime. I was upgraded to a honeymoon Suite without my knowledge while I booked a junior suite!!! I politely declined the upgrade and figured that they have over booked their junior suites...so they had to put me in a regular room with a river front view. It was all fine because I'm not a cribby traveller..but what was irrational was their stubbornness to charge me for the suite in spite of me not staying in the honeymoon suite!!!! They junior staff insisted that I had to pay in spite of their incompetence at 1.00 am. I had been insisting on clearing my bills the previous night as I had a early morning check out to catch my flight. I had to literally spend 1 hour from 12.30 am to 1.30 am telling him it was their fault. What I never understood was that the difference in room tariff was 1000 per night..and I was billed a difference of 500 a night.. It felt pointless to argue because clearly even after booking 3 room for 3 nights they didn't seem to understand the concept of hospality.

Review 8：This is not my first time at Crown Goa, so I was expecting the best of Crown as usual. Great restaurant with authentic Goan food and good rooms with a stunning location.

Review 9：The hotel rooms are not sound proof and especially if your room is located near the elevators. There are 2 ballrooms located on the ground floor which can get quite loud in the evenings. The travel counter isn't part of the hotel and it's a ripoff. I suggest getting better quality rental bikes from outside the hotel.

Review 17：When I asked them to pick us up at the airport, they did not reply. I was very angry once the server in the cafe teased at my accent! Each time when we ordered some dishes in the cafe of hotel, we need to wait about an hour, even half an hour to get the bill... The wifi was terrible (I even did not get any connection within two weeks)

The reception staff and travel desk girl was very helpful in make us choose the places to visit.

Review 51：If I wanted Medicines from Chemist in my room staff was not there If i wanted someone to get my tickets from a travel agent which was 5 minutes walking distance from Crown AGAIN STAFF WAS NOT THERE I said i ll go to the travel agent arrange a vehicle (as i did not the way to travel agent) Car was not there even though i was ready to pay for it
