Review 1：The toilets look dated.
Review 2：We had the corner ground floor 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment was spacious and clean. Furnishing was nice and comfortable. Heater works well and kept the rooms warm during winter. Ample parking space.

Review 5：Door and external walls to the corridor was paper thin. Could hear people having a quiet conversation outside, could hear footsteps booming all the way to the bedroom (with two doors shut in between!). Bed was advertised as queen, in the two rooms (we switched rooms) they assured us they were queen beds but they were definitely only double beds. Bed was very uncomfortable, partner needed to sleep on the couch due to back pain.

Review 10：I loved the feeling of complete privacy. The only time I heard or saw anyone was in the morning when everyone was coming and going and in the car park. The apartments are perfectly located so that they are close to everything Cowes has to offer, but away from traffic when the day is done.
Review 11：Only minor things were pillows could have been a bit better (very small suggestion) and reason for not giving top rating for facilities was because there was no gym, sauna or restaurant. Not really a problem tho as there was plenty of activities to do on the island and places to eat.

Review 37：curtains didn't draw properly so flashing light outside from neighbours came into the room as we tried to sleep. fix the draw cords and the curtains at the top and speak to the neighbours! generally a bit dated on the inside (kitchen and bathroom) struggled to get tv to work - ended up swapping batteries from dvd remote into tv remote, which then worked. you could simply check the batteries every time you clean!

Review 41：Had changed hands from Quest to Phillip Island Appartments. No hair dryer, spa bath not working and no plug for regular bath, shower very difficult to regulate with temperature. Very disappointing experience compared to what I had had when it was opened by Quest.

Review 51：The room was being renovated as we walked in, with skirting boards being hammered in place. But that was ok as it only lasted ten minutes. Obviously no communication between tradies and reception.

Review 53：Nothing really bad as was staying for a night. No lift in the apartment which maybe inconvenient for travelers with heavy luggage to lug up the stairs. Thankfully for us we are at ground level so was convenient for family of young and old.

Review 58：The apartment was very clean and comfortable to stay in. There is a big supermarket to buy groceries if you are cooking in the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped and toilets has warmer which makes it comfortable to bath in during Autumn/Winter when temperature is low. Overall very satisfactory and will recommend to other friends.

Review 60：Upon check in on Sun 12/04, the receptionist gave us no smile and seemed put out when I informed her that the key to our room was not working. The next day we smiled at the receptionist- a new young lady in the office as we walked past and again, no smile but this really annoyed look! Check out staff on Tuesday 14/04 were much more pleasant. A smile doesn't cost much! Really did not feel welcomed!

Also I was not a fan of security doors being chocked wide open and when I tried to close the security catch did not function that well. It did not feel safe in foyer. However, I do not believe The Outside of The Toilet had been Cleaned and The Rim around the Seat was very Dirty. If this was Ingrained and no longer Removable, then I believe a New Toilet Seat is Needed and am sure the Porcelain Outer could be much Cleaner with the Correct Cleaning Product. So Sorry to have to give this Negative Feedback, but it's such an Easy Fix I'm sure It will be Better Next Time.
