Parkhouse B&B sells fast on our site. Just a 10-minute walk or a one minute drive from Bunratty Castle and Folk Park, Parkhouse B&B is in beautiful landscaped grounds. Shannon Airport is less than a 15 minute drive from this bed and breakfast.
A shower and a hairdryer are provided in each private bathroom. A TV and tea and coffee facilities are included in each simply decorated room. Some rooms feature garden views.
A varied breakfast menu is served in the light dining room. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the Parkhouse B&B.
Scenic walks can be enjoyed in the surrounding County Clare countryside. Limerick city center is a 15-minute drive away. Water sports and fishing are possible on Lough Derg which can be reached after a 40-minute car ride.

Review 1：shower did not had a great water flow and was also not easy to handle. Bathroom was small with no ability to put your toiletry bag anywhere.

Review 3：The hosts Sinead and Shane were lovely and friendly, and with Shane being a chef, the breakfasts were delicious. The location is very convenient to everything in the Bunratty area.

Review 6：The location while close to Bunratty Castle park - once at the B&B there isn't anything to do unless you leave to go back to Bunratty Castle or out for dinner. Found it a bit challenging to find-be sure to follow LOW ROAD and not the one beside it!
Review 7：The host Sinead was wonderful such a pleasant personality and very informative. We had to leave early so she prepared a "To-Go"- breakfast for us.
Review 8：Loved the close location to Shannon Airport & walking distance to Bunratty. Proprietors Sinead and Shane allowed us to check in a bit early with our luggage allowing us to drop rental car off easily. Charming, full of hospitality. Would recommend and stay there again.
Review 9：The location of this property is a ways out of town. If you have a car I am sure it would be fine, but we did not. The road has a lot of traffic some hours and so we did not feel comfortable walking after dark. Our room and bed were so small we could barely sleep.

Review 11：Just to mention something we did not like a lot was the hot water system which it is a little bit complicated to start but it was explained by the owner.

Review 22：I have no complaints. This B & B is clean and roomy. We stayed in a triple, room #4 at the top of the steps. We could not get the TV to work, not sure why. We only stayed one night. The B & B sits down Low Road between Bunratty Castle and Dirty Nelly's Bar. It is a narrow road where cars go very fast. I would not recommend the walk to Bunratty. My kids and I did attempt it and we were given a flashlight and reflective jacket at the B & B. I wouldn't brave the walk with small children.
Review 23：The owners go out of their way to help you with anything you need. They offered to drive us to Bunratty so we didn't have to walk. They printed our boarding passes. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was good.

Review 25：This is my third stay here. It's the perfect place to stay for a chance to visit Bunratty & be close to the airport. The owners are SO VERY helpful scheduling our taxi to the airport on the day we leave. They're personable & make us feel at home. I love getting to choose our breakfast selection in advance, the night before- great choices too!

Review 39：The highlight was definitely the amazing couple who run the B&B -- they were truly accommodating and treated me as old friends from the moment I arrived. They were incredibly generous and open, as well as wonderful conversationalists. They were helpful for finding things to do in Bunratty and wanted to make sure that everything was wonderfully settled for my stay. The room is cozy, clean, pretty and lovely. The breakfast was delicious. The B&B is an easy walk to town. A fantastic place!
Review 40：Our hostess could not have been more accommodating, she even packed a breakfast for us as we had an early flight. The room was spacious and clean. WiFi was free, tea was available in room, hair dryer and even washcloths on hand!

Review 44：The bed was so comfy & the shower had lots of hot water! Heavenly! We loved the big breakfasts & that they gave us a menu to choose from. The B & B is close to the Bunratty Castle & Folk Park, Dirty Nelly's with music, some shopping & the Bunratty Castle Hotel (check out the hotel spa!). The B & B owners are so friendly & accommodating. We carried heavy backpacks & they would have picked us up at the bus stop if we had asked. They dropped us at the bus stop when we left. If you want more of one food item, or herbal tea for instance, they give it to you. They welcomed us with cookies & tea. The owners were fabulous!

We were an extended family,4 adults(grandparents, traveling with adult daughter, her husband, and their two small children ages 2 and 4 months old). Review 46：The attention to concierge level service was more than I ever expected from making reservations for our arrival dinner to ensuring I did not leave Ireland without my iPad. Sean drew on his chef training and presented an aesthetic Irish breakfast that was the best we had. The en suite room and beds were comfortable allowing us to sleep well on our last night in Ireland. The proximity to the Shannon Airport makes catching your flight easy. This was a lovely trip. I want to go back and will definitely book the Parkhouse B&B again.

Review 57：The rooms are HUGE! We had the best time with the B&B family. If you have small children, this is the place for you. There is lots of room to play and they have a trampoline AND play structure in their backyard. The breakfast was wonderful. Bottomless cup of coffee, traditional Irish Breakfast or simple eggs or french toast! Please, stay here with this family B&B and you will feel right at home.

They served us a great breakfast made to order & served on time- so we could make our flight. It's an older building, but lovingly cared for. The location is perfect for touring Bunratty, it's in walking distance. It's my 2nd visit there, & I'm sure I'll be back- it's nice to have a safe, secure, and welcoming place to call home, while traveling!
