Review 1：Quite a steep hill up to hotel, although not a problem for us as we were in a hire car. Just something to be aware of.

Review 2：Lovely warm welcome from reception staff and we arrived at 11.30pm! Very clean and tidy. Spacious 2 bedroom room. Continental breakfast ok

Review 3：One mattress smelled like it was pissed but I guess it is not the usual case)) (room 320). Beds are not for tall men. Breakfast is very modest, but what do you expect for that money). Far from the beach and main street. But again - it is compensated by low price. Poor sound-insulation between rooms.

Review 5：Check-out was at 12, but as soon as 10.30 I had cleaning-staff lokking in to my room (without knocking first). A few minutes later cleaning-staff and the woman in reseption once again opened my door. I basically felt like it was time to leave now. Before this a big group enterd the hotel. They probably needed room soon as possible, but this was just rude.

Review 14：I loved how managers helped out, they offered shower room area to change, if you arrived early for your room. Loved the views, and that it's not noisy, it's my first time in Corfu and it was marvelous! To walk to the beach, you go through tree area, it's nice.

Review 15：Breakfast doesn't have any fruit or vegetable at all, a bit of variety would be nice. I was staying 2nd week of August and most of clientelle was Italian and British teenagers who tend to get loud (I was told they come there traditionally at that time of year for 2 weeks).

Review 40：The breakfast was OK but no vegetables or fruit which seemed strange considering all the nice stuff that grows on the island. Tiny shower and we had to turn the fridge off at night as it made so much noise.

Review 43：It's in a good location in Ipsos as it's quiet and has great views from the balcony. Keep in mind that it is a bit of a walk to Ipsos shops. I recommend renting a bike or car (35euros a day) as you'll save money (taxis are pricey). great bar area too with awesome bartenders.

The rooms are simple but clean and tidy, the staff is kind and polite (exceptionally George at the reception, have a little talk with him, very nice guy :) The beach is extraordinarily clean and there are many good tavernas in the near vicinity (Moby Dick is a must try.)

The location is good and the room was fine as well. Our three-year old was very happy with the swimming-pool and with warm pancakes he got every morning for breakfast! Thank you for making our holiday smooth and carefree, we really hope we can come back one day!

Review 60：Great hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful surroundings. Stunning view.Warm and welcoming atmosphere from the very first minute as we enteredthe hotel. Breakfast better than average (scrambled eggs etc. inaddition to the usual things) Rooms simple, but had everything weneeded: air con, free safe, hair dryer and a lovely balcony. As westayed there in October some of the restaurants down in the village wereclosed. Still there were a good selection. Both Moby Dick and Phoebusserved delicious food. Have to mention a waiter at Phoebus named Lakis(not sure of the spelling) who was very attenitve and sevice-minded. WhyJason has a 2 star-rating is a mystery!!

Review 61：The haidryer malfunctioned and kept on turning out by itself,making jet-engine noise. We had to turn off the power in order to turn off the hairdryer. There are no cups or glasses in the room. A limited number of power sockets.

Review 65：The hotelroom I had was very basic. The shower was really small,had acurtain that wrapped around with every shower and as a result really wetfloor.. Ypsos is overcrowded (in highseason) with noisy, rude,arrogant,drunk Italians, Balkan-crowd with little money to spent. Avoidthe big restaurants, go for Moby Dick! Beaches at Ypsos next to the busyroad - go for Barbati Beach (10 minute drive - do not try to walk!),visit Kassiopi/Nissaki/Kouloura and Corfu town.

Review 66：Family runned hotel. Without exception: very friendly and helpfullpersonnel. They really tried to make your stay as pleasant as possiblewith tips for restaurants, bars, transportation, nice places(beaches/towns) to go. They know what the different kind of guests wantand 'need'. Every day clean room, fresh towels, toiletpaper. Nice pool,beautifull view over the sea, quit location - yet near (apart from asteep walk of 10 minutes..) supermarkets/boulevard with manyrestaurants/bars. Car or scooter recommended! Arranged a (cheaper) taxito the airport for my returnflight.
