Review 1：Surly attitude and poor communication skills of concierge. Poor signage (actually none!) outside building showing where to go - met two other couples roaming around to find their way. Lift broke. Car parking spaces were cocked up and only one car space, even though we had two cars.
Review 2：Apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Only a walk to shops and Xscape.
Review 3：The bed was really small for two adults – there was plenty of room for a larger one. Also the shower over the bath was very cheap and basic. Sadly mI always judge a stay over on the bed and shower, hence the low score.

Review 5：Staff were very helpful. Housekeeping had a very busy weekend and so our room was not ready on arrival. Staff were very apologetic, resolved the issue and phoned the following day to check there had been no further problems and to offer us a reduced price.
Review 6：It was very confusing finding the apartment, we hadn't realised that we needed to collect keys from a separate location. That should be made clearer.

Review 8：The keys weren't in the key safe and we had to call the emergency number in order to gain access. A little confusing on how to actually enter the complex- instructions from car park would have been useful. For the money I think there should have been a better breakfast package given, bacon eggs and bread would have been good.

Review 13：The apartment and corridors were hot all the time we had to keep all doors and windows open to bring temperature down to a comfy level. Dated glass furniture and cheap skirting board with yellowed paint spoilt the otherwise modern look of the place. Only 4 of everything in the kitchen - really? And only 2 dishwasher tabs for 5 night stay. No bowl in the kitchen sink or cleaning spray. Was expecting Sky TV as advertised on the booking page but when arrived its an extra. Trip from car park to apartment with luggage is not trivial.
Review 14：Apartment was clean and looked pretty new. Enjoyed the balcony and extra blue lighting and water feature. Nice big fridge and freezer for cold drinks. Bathrooms were nicely decorated and modern. Modern TV in the living area. Good lockup facilities for cycles.

Our apartment was fantastic - •Great location •Secure underground parking •Immaculately clean & in excellent order •the apartment was beautifully presented with more than we expected in terms of clean linen, towels, toiletries, equipment, & a lovely welcome food & drinks pack. I would definitely recommend this option above any hotel.
Review 17：No instructions for pedestrian access. Ended up going through the underground car park. Big disappointment was lack of curtain in bedroom the blinds did nothing to stop light flooding in from 5am and there was s curtain rail in front of them but no curtain. This was an expensive stay and therefore I would expect this kind of thing to be noticed and remedied. As a result of I didn't get a very good nights sleep.

Review 23：The attitude of the manager (Simon Brociek) was disgusting and not very professional after he took £50 from my deposit and accused me of smoking inside the apartment. This wasn't the case, he also only deducted the deposit after a heated discussion after I caught him out lying about the state if the apartment. Amazing apartment but he will do anything to take extra money from you.

Review 26：Modern, spacious appartments. I had previous been to a serviced appartment in Dublin and was suprised at the space and comfort of it that I looked for one in Milton Keynes. I was not disappointed. Location was spot on close to all amenities ( the hub and sainsburys) and being completely competitive with hotel prices the added extras of kitchen, living area and ensure was a no brained for our small group. Would definitely use again.

Review 67：The bed was very low, OK for young people, but I am a bit older and would have preferred something higher, my husband was supposed to accompany me, but couldn't in the end, he would have struggled even more than me with the bed. I couldn't turn on the TV, not sure if the batteries were dead in the remote, but also could not find any buttons on the TV and no instructions. Didn't like having to use 2 lifts, one from car park and one in apartment block plus walking across the garden from 1 lift to the other, especially as it was raining and I had luggage.
Review 68：Location was good for my needs, close to the station as I needed to go into London. Apartment was good inside, nice balcony and roof terrace, furniture pretty good. Kitchen, clean, tidy, well equipped. Tea and coffee provided which is always a nice touch.
Review 69：There were only office style blinds in the bedroom and so a good night's sleep wasn't possible as thge light streamed in. The TV was not working properly and so the only thing that could be watched was whatever was on the sky+

Review 79：I liked it so much I have booked again. It was great value (especially compared to over-priced MK hotels) and a comfortable home from home. Neat and well appointed flat, with a lounge/kitchen/diner, bedroom and bathroom. It was clean, quiet, secure parking, with a lift nearly to the front door; next to Sainsbury and with a choice of good restaurants.
Review 80：Lounge door should not compromise privacy. Radiators should be more effective as visitors may be from the tropics. Tv could be provided for bedroom. Would rather have shower curtain than screen. Oven and all appliances should have its instruction leaflets available.
