Review 1：Breakfast room very cold. Tea 30 min before fry for 2 arived. Next 2 frys 10 /15 min later. T now stone cold. Staf not got a clue.

Review 3：No heating.Also a group of girls staying who rampaged around before going out late then again early hours of the morning.Nobody from the owners around to stop them!

Review 11：I really enjoyed my stay here. this B & B has a really homely atmosphere. I felt very welcome and at ease there. It is situated in the town centre so is very central to all the cafes, pubs, and shops. I had a beautiful view of the sea from my room. I will definitely stay in the Rolling Wave B & B again.

Review 17：we were going to Robert Mizzell dance in Alingham Arms on sat 5th sept four of us and wanted to stay over night so looked up booking .com came across Rolling wave b & b we booked two bouble rooms . on arrival which was about 7.45pm we were met by a lovely lady Noreen who sorted us out our rooms were clean lovely white bed linen good clean en suit tea coffee in room use of iron hair dryer if wanted This lady Noreen made us all feel very welcome any thing you would wish for im sure if you ask they would do their best to sort you out great location perfect next door to dance we didn't take breakfast as we had a late night but the smell next morning was lovely and when we did come down we were offered coffee that was just a Fantastic little touch thank you Rita the other lady was organising the breakfast room and was able to give us a nice chat about the area thank you for a lovely stay we will be back

Review 18：Comfortable clean rooms, friendly staff willing to help with whatever you needed. Beautiful position on the sea front close to all the attractions yet far enough away from the noise, travelling with teenagers the WiFi actually worked which kept them happy

Review 21：On our first morning not enough staff at breakfast to cope with the morning rush so the cooked option took an age to arrive, second day much better. The property is undergoing renovation so things like our cracked sink will hopefully be replaced.

Review 23：Sorry but the overall feeling is that the place could have been a little cleaner. Maybe our booking was a little late, as to get all the details right. And it felt a little cramped with 2 double beds and a single bed in the room. Just small things that could be perfected the next time.

Review 25：We paid 110 euro a night, for that no change in towels, room cleaned only after complaining. Very small room with very small window considering the price, no ramp for pram, lots of noise from main road, room not baby proofed at all. Parking at the back but hardly accessible as you have to go through the kitchen to get to your car. First night hotel checked in a couple of loud Italians at midnight, awful noise for 2 hours couldn't get my babies to sleep, then we heard them snorning all night like they were in our room.

Review 32：The location was right on sea front - an upstairs front room was available as a communal lounge area - where my wife and I were able to sit late evening watching the sunset. Couldn't have enjoyed a nicer night away - Pillows on bed were best ones I've slept on. I wish I could have a few of them at home The facilities were all newly renovated - and a new venue. Everything was clean - Hosts were welcoming and friendly The venue appears just fresh and starting to get into the routine of running the facility. The price was modest - and value for money - the quality exceeded our expectation Definitely would visit again
